Early Arrival. At its sole discretion, the University may grant my request for occupancy prior to the move-in date. I will pay an additional daily fee for each night I occupy my room prior to the standard move- in date shown on the Housing Calendar.

Early Arrival. I may request a Contract Extension to permit early arrival to participate in University-related groups or functions. If approved by DRL staff in writing, an occupancy fee of $35 per night will be assessed. Early Arrival. Xxxxxxx Clubs Summer Camp Program Before Care begins promptly at 7:30am. Campers are not allowed to be dropped off prior to this time. Xxxxxxx Summer Camp program camp days begin at 9:00am. Campers who are not registered in before/after care are allowed to be dropped off between 8:45 and 9:00am. Campers who are not registered for before/after care and are dropped off prior to 8:45am will be charged the before/after care daily rate of $15 per child. All campers must be signed in daily by a parent or legal guardian before being left for camp. A photo ID may be required when dropping a child off for camp. Campers with medicine will be directed to the medical personnel on hand or authorized staff to fill out the required Medication Administration Authorization Form prior to camper being allowed to enter camp. Late Pick Up Xxxxxxx Clubs Summer Camp Program closes promptly at 4:00pm and After Care at 6:00pm. Parents are considered late if the child has not been picked up (regardless of the reason). Any parent arriving late will be charged a late fee of $5 per child for every 5 minute increment or fraction thereof. There is no cut off time for this fee and the authorities will be notified for any children remaining past 7:00pm. Repeated lateness could cause dismissal from the program. Payment for late fees is due within 24-hours of the date of late pick up – late payment fees and suspensions for non-payment may apply. Forms and Account Information It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to notify staff of any medical information pertinent to their child’s health, safety and well being; and to provide updated medical records as necessary. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to keep telephone and emergency information updated in their child’s account with the camp directors or assistant directors. Requirements: Parent/Legal Guardian Must ● Complete, sign and have a licensed medical professional review and sign the Medical Authorization Form (DHMH 4758) and turn it in with registration. All specific instructions for medication must be included and Xxxxxxx Clubs has the right to refuse admission to any camp without required completed information. ● Personally deliver all medication to the authorized staff in the original container. Early Arrival. Fall semester early arrival approval status may be available for any active member of our 5 F&SH Housing sororities (Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Chi Omega, Kappa Delta, or Phi Mu): • Active Members Assigned to a Sorority House (Living in the house): Students who have an active housing contract and are assigned to 1 of the 5 sorority chapter houses will not be required to submit an early arrival request but MUST wait until the approved date for arrival/check-in. These students may also choose to check-in after the approved date. Students assigned to 1 of these 5 houses will not receive the early arrival nightly rate charge. • Active Members Assigned to the Residence Halls (NOT living in the house): Active sorority members who live in a residence hall MUST submit a request for early arrival. If approved, the early arrival nightly rate for these residents will be applied to their PAWS account sometime after move-in. The priority deadline for early arrival requests to be submitted is July 1. Refer to our Early Arrival page for instructions, deadlines, and all associated charges.
Early Arrival. In the event that the College announces that early arrivals will be permitted, then Student must make a written request to the Office of Residence Life and Housing at least 1 week in advance which must be approved in writing by the Office of Residence Life and Housing. If early arrivals are permitted, all early arrivals will be subject to a fee based upon a daily rate. Any requests made less than 1 week prior to the requested arrival date will also be subject to a one-time $100 administrative fee, consistent with the unauthorized occupancy fee as described in the College’s Community Standards Process and Procedures document. Compelling individual student requests for early arrival will be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the Office of Residence Life and Housing. Approved individual student requests for early arrival will be charged $65/day including meals.
Early Arrival. General requests for early arrival in Graduate Housing are not accommodated. Unique situations based on academic requirements may be explored through coordination with Campus Housing but are not guaranteed.
