RENUMERATION. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder in accordance with a separate fee schedule to be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Warrant Agent and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

RENUMERATION. (a) The Consultant will be paid a monthly fee of US$1,750.00 for provision of the aforementioned services, to be paid pro rata every two weeks in advance following the provision of said services and facilities for the months of January, February and March 2004.
(b) The fee shall increase to US$2,000.00 thereafter and will be subject to quarterly reviews.
RENUMERATION. NBG Radio Network, shall pay to the Manager at his direction, a yearly salary of $45,000. The President will conduct an appraisal of the Manager's job performance twelve (12) months after the commencement of his engagement and annually thereafter. Manager shall receive at a minimum a yearly raise determined at the current rate of the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The President of the Company also has the option of raising the yearly pay rate to a level of no more than 10% before the inclusion of the CPI raise. The additional pay raise would be based on performance. An incentive commission salary equal to the amounts posted in the Company's Employee Handbook will also be valid under this Agreement.
RENUMERATION. 7.1 The Client will pay a monthly fee per vehicle to the Tracking Company WE TRACK 24.
7.2 In the event of a helicopter being used during a recovery it will be at the discretion of PFK RECOVERY SERVICES and will be discussed with the Clients’ broker.
RENUMERATION. Company will from time to time promptly pay all taxes and charges that may be imposed upon the Company or the Warrant Agent in respect of the issuance or delivery of Warrant Shares upon the exercise of Warrants, but the Company may require the Holders to pay any transfer taxes in respect of the Warrants or such shares. The Warrant Agent may refrain from registering any transfer of Warrants or any delivery of any Warrant Shares unless or until the Persons requesting the registration or issuance shall have paid to the Warrant Agent for the account of the Company the amount of such tax or charge, if any, or shall have established to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company and the Warrant Agent that such tax or charge, if any, has been paid.
RENUMERATION. Neither the business nor Charné has a shareholding of more than 10% in any product provider (whose products I offer to clients). The business has earned more than 30% of its commission earnings from Momentum Life, but the main source of income of the business is derived from professional fees. The business has broker agreements with Momentum Life, FMI (Bidvest) & Xxxxx Xxxx. I have a contract with RBS Brokers for all short term (personal and commercial/business) policies. RENUMERATION. The Employer will make provisions that regular payroll will be done through automatic deposit.

RENUMERATION. (a) During the four year period of active employment, Employee shall receive the following compensation:
(i) The Company shall pay Employee a basic salary in the total sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND ($275,000) DOLLARS per annum during the full four year term of his active employment with the Company; which salary shall be paid in weekly installments or in such other manner as shall be agreed to by the Company and Employee.
(ii) In addition to his salary set forth in Paragraph 3(a)(i) above, Employee shall receive an increment in an amount equal to the cumulative cost of living on his base salary as set forth in paragraph 3(a) (i) hereof as reported in the "Consumer Price Index, New York Northeastern New Jersey, all items", published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics (using January 1, 1997 as the base date for computation). Such cost of living increment with respect to the aforesaid salary of Employee shall be made semi-annually as follows:
A. With respect to the first six months of each calendar year during the period of employment, such increment shall be calculated and payable on or before the first day of August of such year; and
B. With respect to the last six months of each calendar year during the period of employment, such increment shall be calculated and payable on or before the first day of February of the following calendar year. If Employee's employment shall terminated during any six month period referred to in this Paragraph 3(ii), then the cost of living increment provided for herein shall be prorated accordingly.
(iii) Not later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of the fiscal year of the Company ending July 31, 1998 and for each subsequent fiscal year of the Company ending during the four year period of active employment, the Company shall also pay to Employee, as incentive compensation, three (3%) percent of the Consolidated Pretax
