RENUMERATION. The Company agrees to pay the Warrant Agent reasonable remuneration for its services as such Warrant Agent hereunder in accordance with a separate fee schedule to be mutually agreed upon by the Company and the Warrant Agent and shall, pursuant to its obligations under this Agreement, reimburse the Warrant Agent upon demand for all expenditures that the Warrant Agent may reasonably incur in the execution of its duties hereunder.

Hlavný skúšajúci a Zadávateľ/CRO oznámi Centru uzavretie takejto dohody. 4.1 For the activities properly performed based on this Agreement and for the transfer of rights under Article 5 of this Agreement, the CRO agrees to provide the Center with remuneration in the amount, by means and under the terms stated below herein and in Appendix 1. Remuneration conditions and payment to the Principal Investigator are stipulated in the Remuneration Agreement concluded between the Principal Investigator and the CRO. The Principal Investigator and the Sponsor/CRO shall notify the Center about such agreement.
RENUMERATION. NBG Radio Network, shall pay to the Manager at his direction, a yearly salary of $122,000. The President will conduct an appraisal of the Manager's job performance twelve (12) months after the commencement of his engagement and annually thereafter. Manager shall receive at a minimum a yearly raise determined at the current rate of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus 15%. The Board of Directors of the Company also has the option of raising the yearly pay rate to any level above the current pay rate of Manager. President shall also make at a minimum 10% more than the next highest paid employee of NBG Radio Network or any of its subsidiaries. An incentive commission salary equal to the amounts posted in the Company's Employee Handbook will also be valid under this Agreement.
RENUMERATION. Neither the business nor Charné has a shareholding of more than 10% in any product provider (whose products I offer to clients). The business has earned more than 30% of its commission earnings from Momentum Life, but the main source of income of the business is derived from professional fees. The business has broker agreements with Momentum Life, FMI (Bidvest) & Xxxxx Xxxx. I have a contract with RBS Brokers for all short term (personal and commercial/business) policies. RENUMERATION. 7.1 The Client will pay a monthly fee per vehicle to the Tracking Company WE TRACK 24.
RENUMERATION. The participant acknowledges that participation in the conference is unpaid.
RENUMERATION. (a) The Consultant will be paid a monthly fee of US$1,750.00 for provision of the aforementioned services, to be paid pro rata every two weeks in advance following the provision of said services and facilities for the months of January, February and March 2004.
RENUMERATION. Company will from time to time promptly pay all taxes and charges that may be imposed upon the Company or the Warrant Agent in respect of the issuance or delivery of Warrant Shares upon the exercise of Warrants, but the Company may require the Holders to pay any transfer taxes in respect of the Warrants or such shares. The Warrant Agent may refrain from registering any transfer of Warrants or any delivery of any Warrant Shares unless or until the Persons requesting the registration or issuance shall have paid to the Warrant Agent for the account of the Company the amount of such tax or charge, if any, or shall have established to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company and the Warrant Agent that such tax or charge, if any, has been paid.
RENUMERATION. This paragraph is a disclosure acknowledging to all parties to the purchase agreement that the real estate company may be earning income over and above the real estate brokerage. As required by federal law…the Controlled Business Disclosure MUST be signed by both buyer(s) and seller(s) and becomes part of the transactional file documents.
RENUMERATION. In consideration for the Employee working for the company and carrying out his obligations according to this agreement, and in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the appendices hereto, the Employee will be entitled to a salary and terms and benefits as described in Appendix A attached.
