Repeating Term Employees. 28.12.1 When the employer lays off repeating fixed term employees at the end of their fixed term and issues a recall notice for the beginning of the next fixed term, Article 14.2 (a), (b), (d) and 14.5 (c) will not apply. However, repeating fixed term employees may bump auxiliary employees whose duration of employment expires before the recall notice specified in the preceding sentence.
