  • Report Pay An employee who is pre-scheduled to work an overtime shift in a 24-hour facility and reports to duty will be guaranteed three (3) hours overtime pay at the appropriate rate unless the employee is a holdover from a previous shift.   • REPORT STANDARDS Reports or written material prepared by the Contractor in response to the requirements of this Contract or request of the Project Officer shall, unless otherwise provided for in the Contract, meet standards of professional writing established for the type of report or written material provided, shall be thoroughly researched for accuracy of content, shall be grammatically correct and not contain spelling errors, shall be submitted in a format approved in advance by the Project Officer, and shall be submitted for advance review and comment by the Project Officer. The cost of correcting grammatical errors, correcting report data, or other revisions required to bring the report or written material into compliance with these requirements shall be borne by the Contractor. When submitting documents to APS, The Contractor shall comply with the following guidelines: All submittals and copies shall be printed on at least thirty percent (30%) recycled-content and/or tree-free paper; All submittals must be in the required tabular format in a binder. Report covers / binders shall be recyclable, made from recycled materials, and/or easily removable to allow for recycling of report pages (reports with glued bindings that meet all other requirements are acceptable); The use of plastic covers or dividers should be avoided; and Unnecessary attachments or documents not specifically asked for should not be submitted, and superfluous use of paper should be avoided.

  • ASSESSMENT REPORT Within 120 days following the general election held on November 2nd 2003, the returning officer of the munici- pality shall forward, in accordance with section 659.3 of the Act respecting elections and referendums in munici- palities (R.S.Q., c. E-2.2), an assessment report to the Chief Electoral Officer and the Minister setting out relevant ways to improve the trial and addressing, in particular, the following points : — the preparations for the election (choice of the new method of voting, communications plan, etc.) ; — the conduct of the advance poll and the poll ; — the cost of using the electronic voting system : – the cost of adapting election procedures ; – non-recurrent costs likely to be amortized ; – a comparison between the actual polling costs and the estimated polling costs using the new methods of voting and the projected cost of holding the general election on November 2nd 2003 using traditional methods ; — the number and duration of incidents during which voting was stopped, if any ; — the advantages and disadvantages of using the new method of voting ; — the results obtained during the addition of the votes and the correspondence between the number of ballot paper cards issued to the deputy returning officers and the number of ballot paper cards returned used and unused ; — the examination of rejected ballot papers, if it has been completed.

  • Quarterly Reporting Within 45 days after the close of the first three (3) quarterly periods of each of its respective fiscal years, to the extent not furnished under the Purchase Agreement, (A) consolidated balance sheets of Provider and its Subsidiaries as at the close of each such period and (B) consolidated statements of income and retained earnings and a statement of cash flows for Provider for the period from the beginning of such fiscal year to the end of such quarter, all certified by its respective chief financial officer or treasurer.
