Report/Call-In Time. 21.05.01 An employee who enters the Company's or customer's facility and who reports for work as scheduled, without previously having been notified not to report, and who works less than four (4) consecutive hours, without regard to workday, shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay; provided, however, that if work reasonably within the employee's capacity to perform is available, the employee will be required to perform such work to qualify for the four (4) hours pay. Such pay will also include applicable shift premium and appropriate overtime rate if performed on the employee's sixth (6th) or seventh (7th) day of the employee's workweek.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.

  • Call-In Time 17.1 All employees called in, except as provided below, and who report for work shall, if requested to work less than four (4) hours, receive four (4) hours pay at their regular hourly rate.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • REPORTING AND CALL BACK TIME 11.1 Reporting time pay is contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.
