Report Documentation. HUD, in its sole and absolute discretion, may require the Seller and the Purchaser to submit (or, in the case of the Purchaser, to cause the Successor Servicer to submit) documentation supporting the information provided in any Post-Sale Report or Follow-Up Report (“Report Documentation”). Report Documentation may be requested after submission of the first Post-Sale Report and for any time within two (2) years following the submission of the final Post-Sale Report or Follow-Up Report, if applicable. Upon receipt of HUD’s written request (to be promptly delivered to the Purchaser and the Successor Servicer via the Seller or the Program Administrator on the Seller’s behalf, as applicable), the Purchaser shall cause the Successor Servicer to provide the Report Documentation to XxxxxXxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for submission to HUD within fifty-five (55) Business Days of the date of HUD’s written request.

Report Documentation. A report on the methods and findings including maps, photographs, data sheets and model results shall be prepared. The report shall also document the results of the property owner survey. The results of the analysis shall be compiled into a technical report.

Report Documentation. Moosewood Ecological will prepare an NRI report which describes the Town’s natural resources. The culmination of the report will include a written narrative along with NRI maps, tables, and photographs describing the natural resources of Deerfield, including their location, size, importance, natural resources value, and threats. The report will include, but not be limited to, watersheds, surface waters and wetland resources, stratified drift aquifers and other geologic resources, wildlife and corridors, significant habitats, unfragmented lands, known exemplary natural communities and species of conservation concern, significant forest and agricultural resources, steep slopes, flood prone areas, public and conserved lands, conservation focus areas, and recommendations. In light of the changing climate, today’s NRIs are incomplete without addressing ecological resiliency. As such, the Deerfield NRI report will also address ecological resiliency in terms of geophysical diversity, connectivity, and biological condition as elements to assist with conservation planning.

Additionally, Counterparty shall, promptly upon reasonable request by Dealer, provide, such other tax forms and documents, accurately completed and in a manner reasonably acceptable to Dealer, that may be required or reasonably requested to allow Dealer to make a payment under this Confirmation, including any Credit Support Document, without any deduction or withholding for or on account of any Tax or with such deduction at a reduced rate.   • Source Documentation Accounting records must be supported by such source documentation as canceled checks, bank statements, invoices, paid bills, donor letters, time and attendance records, activity reports, travel reports, contractual and consultant agreements, and subaward documentation. All supporting documentation should be clearly identified with the Award and general ledger accounts which are to be charged or credited. (i) The documentation standards for salary charges to grants are prescribed by 2 CFR 200.430, and in the cost principles applicable to the entity’s organization (Paragraphs 7.4 through 7.7). Personnel activity reports shall account on an after-the-fact basis for one hundred percent (100%) of the employee's actual time, separately indicating the time spent on the grant, other grants or projects, vacation or sick leave, and administrative time, if applicable. The reports must be signed by the employee, approved by the appropriate official, and coincide with a pay period. These time records should be used to record the distribution of salary costs to the appropriate accounts no less frequently than quarterly. (iii) Formal agreements with independent contractors, such as consultants, must include a description of the services to be performed, the period of performance, the fee and method of payment, an itemization of travel and other costs which are chargeable to the agreement, and the signatures of both the contractor and an appropriate official of Grantee. (iv) If third party in-kind (non-cash) contributions are used for Grant purposes, the valuation of these contributions must be supported with adequate documentation.

In deciding on a review or audit, the data exporter may take into account relevant certifications held by the data importer.
