REPORTING ALLOWANCE. Where an employee reports for work at the commencement of his regularly- scheduled shift, unless otherwise notified in advance not to do so, he shall be entitled to a minimum of four (4) hours' work or four (4) hours' pay at his normal hourly rate. An employee so affected shall perform any temporary work assigned to him by the Company that he is capable of performing at the applicable rate in order to qualify for such pay in the event that his regular duties are not available.
