Common use of REPORTING ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

REPORTING ALLOWANCE. Where an employee reports for work at the commencement of his regularly- scheduled shift, unless otherwise notified in advance not to do so, he shall be entitled to a minimum of four (4) hours' work or four (4) hours' pay at his normal hourly rate. An employee so affected shall perform any temporary work assigned to him by the Company that he is capable of performing at the applicable rate in order to qualify for such pay in the event that his regular duties are not available.

REPORTING ALLOWANCE. Where 22.01 In the event that an employee reports for work at on his regular shift without being given 24 hours notice or the commencement of his regularly- scheduled shiftESA requirement, unless otherwise notified in advance whichever is greater, not to do soreport, the employee will be given at least four (4) hours work or, if no work is available, he shall will be entitled to a minimum paid the equivalent of four (4) hours' work or four (4) hours' pay hours at his normal hourly rate.
