REPORTING AND ACCESS. During the term of this Agreement, each party shall frequently communicate with the other on the progress of and results achieved in the Research Program; and may be required by the JMT to provide all representatives and alternates, if applicable, to the JMT, at such times as determined by and in a format agreed upon by the JMT, with detailed written reports of its activities under the Program, as well as the data and results obtained by it in connection with the Research Program.
REPORTING AND ACCESS. During the term of this Agreement and through the date of the close-out visit performed by Sponsor, University will maintain complete and accurate records of the status and progress of the Study and will provide records to Sponsor upon request. Research results and associated data contained in the Case Report Forms (CRF) and research reports generated pursuant to the Protocol shall be the property of the Sponsor, provided that University will be free to use the research results and associated data generated for any reasonable purpose, including non-commercial research, educational and patient care purposes. University will be free to publish, present and disclose the research results and associated data generated in the Study in accordance with Section 7. Sponsor may utilize all data and results for any reasonable purpose, including regulatory submissions. University and Principal Investigator, in cooperation with Sponsor, shall prepare and maintain records, reports and data as provided in the Protocol, and in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations. University shall cooperate with any regulatory authority with appropriate jurisdiction and allow said authorities reasonable access to relevant study records and data. If Sponsor requests that the University retain records for a period longer than U.S. laws or regulations require, Sponsor may be required to (i) pay for the continued storage of Study records by the University, or (ii) pay for costs associates with shipping such records to Sponsor. Sponsor shall respond promptly to the University’s requests regarding record disposition. University shall not destroy such records without giving Sponsor prior written notice.

REPORTING AND ACCESS. (a) Within sixty (60) days after the end of each Quarter, DAS shall provide Eon with reports indicating the total number of Tablets sold during such Quarter, and reasonably detailed calculations of the corresponding Net Margin. Such reports shall be subject to Eon's audit and approval. (b) No more than once in any twelve (12) month period during the term and for one (1) year thereafter, Eon shall be entitled to appoint an independent auditor bound to confidentiality to audit, during regular business hours and upon reasonable prior notice, DAS's relevant books and records for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the calculations of Net Margin provided pursuant to Section 4.4(a) hereof. Eon shall bear the cost and expense of any such audit, unless such audit shows underpayment by DAS by more than five percent (5%), in which case DAS will bear the cost and expense of such audit.
REPORTING AND ACCESS. (i) provide to the Authority reports on a regular basis in accordance with the provisions of Annexure-7 hereof and as set forth elsewhere in this Agreement; (ii) provide all assistance to the Authority and the Independent Expert and access to the Site, documents, materials and information as may reasonably be required by either of them for the performance of their respective functions, duties and services under this Agreement, the Applicable Laws or otherwise; Provided that any failure on the part of the Authority to inspect any works shall not, in relation to such works, (a) amount to any consent or approval of the Authority or be deemed to be a waiver of any of the rights of the Authority under this Agreement; and (b) release or discharge the Concessionaire from its obligations or liabilities under this Agreement in respect of such work; (iii) at all times, afford access to the Processing & Disposal Facilities Site to the authorized representatives of the Authority, the DoLG, the PPCB, the CPCB, and officers and representatives of any Government Authority having jurisdiction over the Project, including those concerned with safety, security or environmental protection to inspect the Project and to investigate any matter within their authority and the Concessionaire shall provide to such persons reasonable assistance necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions; (iv) allow access to and use of the Processing & Disposal Facilities Site for telegraph lines, electric lines, ducting or such other public purposes as any Government Authority may specify. (v) shall also be liable to provide Monthly Weight Sheets (consolidated Daily Weight Sheets) to the Authority at the end of every calendar month.

REPORTING AND ACCESS. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) We will maintain regular contact with You to monitor implementation of this Agreement, including site visits as required by Us. (b) in addition to any other reporting obligations under this Agreement, You must provide Us with such additional information concerning the Project as We request, subject to Our request being reasonable in terms of administrative overheads and costs involved with compliance.

(iii) At all times, afford access to the Site to the authorized representatives of the Company, the PPCB, the CPCB, the Technical Committee and officers and representatives of any Government Authority having jurisdiction over the Project, including those concerned with safety, security or environmental protection to inspect the Project and to investigate any matter within their authority and the Operator shall provide to such persons reasonable assistance necessary to carry out their respective duties and functions. (iv) Allow access to and use of the Site/ Facility for telegraph lines, electric lines, ducting or such other public purposes as any Government Authority may specify, after giving intimation thereof to the Company.
