Requirements and Evaluation. The Parties shall collaborate to select and determine the number of instructors, the ratio of instructors to students, and the subject areas of instruction. The Parties shall collaborate to provide any requisite professional development activities. Prior to teaching, faculty provided by the School District shall receive discipline-specific training and orientation from PCCD regarding, but not limited to, course curriculum, assessment criteria, pedagogy, course philosophy, testing and grading procedures record keeping and other instructional responsibilities. Said training shall be approved by and provided by PCCD. PCCD Faculty provided by the School District will participate in professional development activities sponsored by PCCD as required by the terms and condition of the contract referenced in Section 8(A(ii) above and shall be encouraged to collaborate to address course content, course delivery, assessment, evaluation and/or research and development in the field. All faculty performance shall be evaluated by PCCD using the adopted evaluation process and standards for faculty of PCCD. At the request of School District, PCCD shall promptly investigate any accusation against or request to remove any PCCD Faculty reasonably deemed by School District to be abusive, disorderly, incompetent, careless or unqualified to perform the services or provide instruction under this Agreement. The investigation and any determination as to whether to remove any Faculty will be performed by PCCD in accordance with its internal processes, including any obligations under any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements and Evaluation. While program membership at the Registered Developer level is automatically granted, the Program Guide outlines the eligibility and requirements for additional levels of membership. However, Acronis reserve the right at any time to: X. Xxxxx or deny for any reason: any application for Membership; request for an increase in Program Level; or to reduce any Membership; or B. Waive any part of any applicable Requirements in each individual instance. Such waiver will be without prejudice to Acronis’s ability to enforce any such Requirements in the future.
Requirements and Evaluation. Saturday Work Week staff will be assigned to a school site and shall report to their assigned site daily as scheduled, unless directed otherwise. Saturday assignments may be at a different location than their assigned weekday site. Saturday Work Week staff will be required to be physically present in their assigned classroom on Saturdays at 8:45 AM. Saturday prep time shall be from 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM and 1:30 PM - 3:50 PM. Saturday Work Week staff do not need to be present on-site during Saturday prep time. Saturday Work Week staff will record student attendance and enter necessary student documentation in Aeries as required by the District. Saturday Work Week staff shall participate in weekly Teacher Professional Development sessions and activities as assigned.

  • Procedural and Operational Requirements By accepting and using the Financial Assistance awarded under this Agreement and for this Program Element, LPHA agrees to conduct the following activities in accordance with the indicated procedural and operational requirements: a. LPHA must operate its Communicable Disease program in accordance with the Requirements and Standards for the Control of Communicable Disease set forth in ORS Chapters 431, 432, 433 and 437 and OAR Chapter 333, Divisions 12, 17, 18, 19 and 24, as such statutes and rules may be amended from time to time. b. LPHA must use all reasonable means to investigate in a timely manner all reports of Reportable Diseases, infections, or conditions. To identify possible sources of infection and to carry out appropriate control measures, the LPHA Administrator shall investigate each report following procedures outlined in OHA’s Investigative Guidelines or other procedures approved by OHA. OHA may provide assistance in these investigations, in accordance with OAR 333-019-0000. LPHA may employ an answering service or 911 system, but the ten-digit number must be available to callers from outside the local emergency dispatch area, and LPHA must respond to and investigate reported Communicable Diseases and Outbreaks. e. LPHA must attend Communicable Disease 101 and Communicable Disease 303 training. f. LPHA must attend monthly Orpheus user group meetings or monthly Orpheus training webinars.

  • Financial Reporting Requirements The Charter School shall follow the financial requirements of the Charter Schools Section of the Department’s Financial Management for Georgia Local Units of Administration Manual. The Charter School shall submit all information required by the State Accounting Office for inclusion in the State of Georgia Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

  • Disclosure Requirements (a) The Estate Agent or Salesperson *has / does not have(1) (11) a conflict or potential conflict of interest in acting for the Tenant.   • E-Verify Requirements To the extent applicable under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 41- 4401, the Contractor and its subcontractors warrant compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to their employees and their compliance with the E-verify requirements under ARIZ. REV. STAT. § 23-214(A). Contractor’s or its subcontractor’s failure to comply with such warranty shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the termination of this Agreement by the City.

  • Tax Requirements The Participant is hereby advised to consult immediately with his or her own tax advisor regarding the tax consequences of this Agreement. The Company or, if applicable, any Subsidiary (for purposes of this Section 28, the term “Company” shall be deemed to include any applicable Subsidiary), shall have the right to deduct from all amounts hereunder paid in cash or other form, any Federal, state, local, or other taxes required by law to be withheld in connection with this Award. The Company may, in its sole discretion, also require the Participant receiving shares of Common Stock issued under the Plan to pay the Company the amount of any taxes that the Company is required to withhold in connection with the Participant’s income arising with respect to this Award. Such payment may be made (i) by the delivery of cash to the Company in an amount that equals or exceeds (to avoid the issuance of fractional shares under (iii) below) the required tax withholding obligations of the Company; (ii) if the Company, in its sole discretion, so consents in writing, the actual delivery by the exercising Participant to the Company of shares of Common Stock other than (A) Restricted Stock, or (B) Common Stock that the Participant has not acquired from the Company within six (6) months prior to the date of exercise, which shares so delivered have an aggregate Fair Market Value that equals or exceeds (to avoid the issuance of fractional shares under (iii) below) the required tax withholding payment; (iii) if the Company, in its sole discretion, so consents in writing, the Company’s withholding of a number of shares to be delivered upon the exercise of the Stock Option other than shares that will constitute Restricted Stock, which shares so withheld have an aggregate fair market value that equals (but does not exceed) the required tax withholding payment; or (iv) any combination of (i), (ii), or (iii). The Company may, in its sole discretion, withhold any such taxes from any other cash remuneration otherwise paid by the Company to the Participant.

  • Entitlements and Purchasing Requirements You must purchase the appropriate number of Software Subscription(s), based on the number of Socket-pairs for all Managed Nodes being managed by the Red Hat CloudForms Software. A “Socket-pair” is up to two sockets each occupied by a CPU on a Managed Node. Red Hat CloudForms Software is configured to manage virtual machines on certain public clouds (a “Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud”). You must purchase the appropriate number of Red Hat CloudForms for Public Cloud Software Subscriptions based on the number of Managed VMs instantiated on a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud. Please confirm that a specific public cloud is a Red Hat CloudForms Enabled Cloud prior to purchasing. A Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription is bundled with the Red Hat CloudForms Software Subscription and the fees for the Red Hat CloudForms Subscription are based on such bundled use. Any use of the Red Hat Enterprise Linux other than to run the Red Hat CloudForms Software is subject to Red Hat’s standard Software Subscription fees for such use.
