Course Delivery a. The Supplier shall endeavour to deliver courses in which students have been enrolled but reserves the right to withdraw a course if fewer than eight (8) students in total are enrolled in the course. (PT only)
b. The Supplier may also withdraw a course in the unlikely event that:
I. Both the assigned teacher and substitute teacher become unavailable and a replacement teacher cannot be found (PT only); or,
II. Approval for the course is withheld or withdrawn by the Examination Body.
Course Delivery. What is the proposed mode(s) of delivery? Online, face-to-face, on-the-job training or classroom (institutional).
Course Delivery. 2.7.1. AP will be responsible for all arrangements for, and the actual delivery of the AP Courses to Students. AP shall be solely responsible for the method of providing the AP Course training sessions, and all promotion and marketing activities undertaken with respect to the AP Courses. Magnet Forensics expressly disclaims all liability for, and XX agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Magnet Forensics harmless against, any claims, losses or damages arising out of or related to an AP Course, including without limitation any promotion or marketing thereof and any claims brought by Students relating to AP’s presentation or provision of, or representations relating to, the AP Courses.
2.7.2. AP shall ensure that each Student accesses the Software only through a Magnet Forensics’ approved protocol.
2.7.3. Provided the AP Instructor provides the applicable Student information to Magnet Forensics, each Student who successfully passes an AP Course is qualified to sit for Magnet Forensics’ testing to achieve the Magnet Certified Forensics Examiner certification, in accordance with Magnet Forensics certification policies and procedures.
Course Delivery a) An Introductory seminar for Vaccinology will be offered each fall and a Senior Seminar will offered in the spring via the Tri-College University collaboration
b) The seminar will rotate by campus on an annual basis with the host campus providing a professor/instructor.
1) Minor course plans at each campus will have equivalent course options at partner campuses to meet the requirements of a Vaccinology minor. Each student must take the introductory and senior seminar to be eligible for the minor. Waivers to this rule may take place through June 2013, provided the student has taken the senior or both required seminars. Waivers must be reviewed and approved by the student’s home campus Vaccinology Co-Coordinator.
2) This program will include faculty from the three partnering campuses who will serve as coordinators to develop and maintain a schedule of courses and set requirements recognized by the university catalogues showing coordination of common curriculum options.
Course Delivery. Courses in the HBOM Program will be offered and delivered at those Caliber Learning Centers and other locations as set forth in the Course Plan and agreed to by JHU. The method or system by which each Course in the HBOM Program is to be delivered will be mutually established by Caliber and JHU, and based on the ongoing reviews of the HBOM Program.
3.2.1 Caliber will provide the software and computer programs, including, without limitation, class interaction support software, necessary to deliver each Course in the HBOM Program.
3.2.2 Caliber will provide the hardware components necessary to deliver each Course of the HBOM Program and create a two-way audio and video environment, including, without limitation, satellite dish and integrated receiver decoder to receive the video and audio signals at each Caliber Learning Center, and workstations, cameras, video monitors and related components necessary to return audio and video signals from each Caliber Learning Center.
3.2.3 Caliber will provide maintenance and related support services necessary to maintain the software and computer programs and the hardware components required for delivery of each Course in the HBOM Program.
3.2.4 Through each Course in the HBOM Program, Caliber will have a Caliber employee available at those locations participating in that HBOM Program to provide technical and administrative assistance to participating students.
3.2.5 The four courses in the first offering of the "Xxxxxxx Business of Medicine" program are scheduled to begin in April, September, and November of 1998 and January 1999. A second offering of the program will begin in September 1998 and conclude within twelve months. From September 1998 on, each of the four courses in the "Xxxxxxx Business of Medicine" program will be offered twice during a twelve month period, for a total of eight courses each twelve months.
Course Delivery. Caliber will deliver each Course identified in a --------------- Course Procurement Notice through the Caliber Learning Network on such dates and times and at such locations as the parties may agree. In connection with the delivery of each Course, Caliber will:
5.1.1. Provide the software and computer programs, including, without limitation, class interaction support software, necessary to deliver the Course.
5.1.2. Provide the hardware components necessary to deliver the Course and create a two-way audio and video environment, including, without limitation, a satellite dish and integrated receiver-decoder to receive the video and audio signals at each Caliber Campus, and workstations, cameras, video monitors and related components necessary to return audio and video signals from each such Campus.
5.1.3. Provide maintenance and related support services necessary to maintain the software and computer programs and the hardware components required for delivery of the Course.
5.1.4. Have at least one (1) Caliber employee during the Course session available at each Caliber Campus where the Course is being offered to provide assistance to Course participants.
5.1.5. Provide the Course design, management for delivery of that Course, and the necessary rehearsal time of no less than one full day for each day the Course is delivered.
Course Delivery. Except for Independent Study/Individual Instruction, all other course delivery regardless of modality (Face-to-face, INET, CNET, Synchronous or Asynchronous, telecourse, accelerated courses) will be treated as normal base load or supplemental.
Course Delivery. 8.1. On confirmation that a face-to-face or virtually delivered Course will run, and prior to the Course taking place, the Training Provider must register the Course via the training provider portal.
8.2. The Training Provider must ensure that the maximum number of Delegates on a face-to-face Course does not exceed 20.
8.3. The Training Provider must ensure that all Delegates attending a Course are given the Vision Zero IOSH-approved end-of-Course assessment.
8.4. The Training Provider will ensure that all of its trainers conduct assessments equitably, allowing for Delegates who have recognised disabilities.
8.5. The Training Provider must ensure that all Course assessments are carried out under examination conditions.
8.6. The Training Provider will ensure that papers are marked correctly and fairly by cross marking a sample of assessment papers for accuracy and impartiality of marking.
8.7. To maintain assessment standards, ISL will moderate a proportion of all Delegate assessments, at its discretion. The Training Provider will provide assessment papers and any other information required as part of the moderation process as requested by ISL.
8.8. The Training Provider is required to upload Course results via the training provider portal, submit Delegate assessment papers as requested and make payment of all fees to ISL within 12 weeks of completion of all face-to-face training Courses. Information received more than 12 weeks after the last date of the Course cannot be accepted for assessment and certification without discussion and agreement from the IOSH-allocated Verification and Assessment Officer.
8.9. The Training Provider must ensure that all Courses that it runs are declared to ISL via the training provider portal and that a certificate fee is paid for all successful Delegates.
8.10. The Training Provider must ensure, at all times, the security of assessment papers and certificates.
8.11. The Training Provider must retain all Course assessment papers for at least 12 months from the end of the Course.
