Research and Evaluation. Organization agrees to execute a research agreement with UTeachEngineering allowing and assuring UTeachEngineering researchers, evaluators and staff access to student products such as surveys, tests, and course artifacts. If Organization has a suitable and standard template for research and evaluation agreements, UTeachEngineering will utilize this template; otherwise, the UTeachEngineering template will be used. Organization will ensure that participating teacher(s) mail completed parent/student consent forms to UTeachEngineering on or before the 15th class day.

Research and Evaluation. Licensee acknowledges that Licensor's research and evaluation team, including Loving Guidance, Inc. evaluation team, may access the child rating data for research purposes. The research team uses this information to measure the success of the program and to help determine how it can be improved. Program data also may be presented at professional conferences or published in scientific journals and in promotional materials. In these instances, children are never identified by name and results are given in group form.
Research and Evaluation. If the Contractor undertakes or commissions any research in connection with this Agreement, the Services or Applicable Persons, the Contractor shall, and shall ensure that each of the Contractor Personnel shall: (i) comply with the requirements set out in the Mandatory Probation Instruction “Research Applications” and (ii) provide to the Authority a copy of all evidence and research findings that are produced as a result of that research .
