Research Payments. In support of Tularik's activities in the Research Program, JT shall pay Tularik (i)(A) [ * ]; and, unless the Research Program is previously terminated as provided in Section 2(g), [ * ]. Any payments made by JT to Tularik pursuant to this Section 10(a) shall not affect in any way the calculation of [ * ].
Research Payments. No later than [***] after the conclusion of each Calendar Quarter, HMI will provide to NVS a report of the HMI Research Costs actually incurred in performing its activities under each Research Plan during the most recently completed Calendar Quarter, which will include a breakdown of Internal Costs and External Costs actually incurred by HMI during such Calendar Quarter, including the applicable Manufacturing Costs along with a written invoice for the amount due in accordance with this Section 3.8 (Research Funding) for such Calendar Quarter. NVS will pay to HMI the undisputed amounts set forth in any such invoice within [***] of NVS’ receipt of such invoice.
Research Payments. Each Party shall be solely responsible for all costs it incurs to conduct its activities under the Research Plan, except as follows. For each time during the Research Term in which PeptiDream supplies to RayzeBio more than a cumulative total of [***] of any particular Selected Conjugate pursuant to Section 5.1, RayzeBio shall pay to PeptiDream the amount agreed by the Parties for such supply within [***] after receipt of an invoice issued by PeptiDream following the end of each Calendar Quarter in which such supply is provided.
Research Payments. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and due diligence and good faith efforts of RPI in meeting the goals of the Research Plan, Schering shall pay RPI US$2,000,000 ("Research Payments") per year of the Term at the rate of US$500,000 at the beginning of each quarter.

Research Payments. If Archemix agrees to perform work pursuant to Section 3.2, the following provisions will apply:
Research Payments. Pfizer shall pay Archemix the aggregate FTE Cost for all FTEs expended by Archemix in activities under this Section 3.5.1, based on the FTE Rate, such payments to be made [***] as agreed to in the Research Plan. At the time(s) agreed to by the parties, Archemix shall provide Pfizer with reconciliation statements that specify the actual number of FTEs used by Archemix.
Research Payments. During the Research Term, Bracco shall make quarterly research payments to Dyax with an annual minimum of $3,000,000. Such payments shall be based on the number of FTEs assigned to Bracco, at the rate of $***** per year for each of the first ***** FTEs assigned to Bracco, and $***** per year for any FTE assigned above the first *****. Payments shall be due within sixty (60) days of receipt of an invoice from Dyax showing the number of FTEs assigned to Bracco during the previous quarter. In addition, Bracco shall reimburse Dyax for any mutually agreed upon out-of-pocket external expenses incurred during the Research Term. Dyax shall maintain records of the FTEs assigned to Bracco and shall require the FTEs to report on an ongoing basis the results of their work.
Research Payments. PRI shall pay to ACT its Research Services Costs as based on the number of FTEs ordinarily and necessarily required for execution of Research as approved in the Research Plan. Payments by PRI to ACT for Research shall be made in arrears beginning after the Effective Date, within 30 days of receiving an invoice therefor. Cost overruns where the actual Research Services Cost exceeds the estimated Research Services Costs as approved in the Research Plan of up to [X] are expected by the Parties. Cost overruns exceeding [X] are to the account of ACT except that PRI, in its sole discretion, may choose to pay such overruns where circumstances warrant. ACT will notify PRI of cost overruns of which it becomes aware within a reasonable time period.
