Common use of Reserve Training Clause in Contracts

Reserve Training. Any employee who is a member of the Armed Forces or of the National Guard will be granted military leave not to exceed two hundred and forty (240) working hours every fiscal year after presentation of official orders and submission of a Leave Request. The employee shall receive pay for the number of working days, according to his or her regular work schedule.
