Residential Electronic Scheduling System. After following the process described in 3.4.C.1 above, qualified bargaining unit members shall be offered hours on a seniority basis provided that: (1) the assignment does not cause the member’s total work hours for a work week to exceed forty (40) hours; (2) the employee has registered her availability in the residential electronic scheduling system stating her availability at least four (4) weeks prior to the start of a pay period; and (3) the hours will not cause the member to work more than eighteen (18) continuous hours awake. The employee may, at her discretion, provide as much detail as desired about which shifts are preferable, up to and including rank ordering of preferred shift preferences, and such preferences shall be utilized when offering hours. The Employer shall not be required to correct or pay the employee for violations of 3.4.C Offering Additional/Replacement Hours at Adult Mental Health Services (AMHS) Facilities unless the mistake was brought to the Employer’s attention within first consecutive five (5) calendar days following the scheduling cycle being closed. This exception shall only apply to violations resulting from shifts filled prior to the scheduling cycle being closed which the employee could have reasonably discovered by reviewing their schedule in the electronic scheduling system during the above consecutive five (5) calendar day period. Not working during this period shall not count as reasonable discovery. All other violations of this Section shall be subject to Section 1.9 Grievance Procedure as is the current practice.

The intent for using this service is to expedite the construction process by reducing paperwork, improving information flow, and decreasing submittal review turnaround time.

  • ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS Concessionaire must have the capacity to send and receive electronic submissions and communications as a pre-condition and continuing requirement of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, “Electronic Submissions” shall only include the transmission of documents by email. Concessionaire shall comply with the following terms and conditions:

  • ELECTRONIC WORKFLOW SYSTEM OGS reserves the right to incorporate an electronic workflow system that may include elements of the Authorized User RFQ process. OGS reserves the right to post Authorized User Contract usage of Centralized Contracts. TRAVEL, MEALS AND LODGING - LOT 4 – IMPLEMENTATION ONLY For Lot 4 only, when provided for in the RFQ and resultant Authorized User Agreement, the Authorized Users may reimburse travel expenses. All rules and regulations associated with this travel can be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/agencies/travel/travel.htm. In no case will any travel reimbursement be charged that exceeds these rates. All travel will be paid only as specified within the Authorized User Agreement and must be billed with the associated services on the same Invoice with receipts attached. The Contractor shall receive prior approval from the Authorized User for any travel that occurs during the term of an Authorized User Agreement. Parking fees and/or parking tickets shall not be paid by an Authorized User. Unless otherwise specified in writing by the Authorized User, a vehicle will not be provided by Authorized User to the Contractor for travel. Therefore, the Contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the Contractor has access to an appropriate vehicle (e.g., personal vehicle or rental vehicle) or common carrier with which to carry out any necessary travel. For the Contractor to obtain reimbursement for the use of a rental vehicle, such use must be justified as the most cost- effective mode of transportation under the circumstances (including consideration of the most effective use of time). The Contractor is responsible for keeping adequate records to substantiate any claims for travel reimbursement. All services provided under the resultant Authorized User Agreement must be performed within CONUS. PERFORMANCE AND BID BONDS There are no BONDS for this Contract. However, an Authorized User may require in an RFQ a performance, payment or Bid bond, or negotiable irrevocable letter of credit or other form of security for the faithful performance for the resultant Authorized User Agreement. Enrollment in, and use of, these electronic services does not relieve you of your duty to promptly examine your statements, checks, and other documentation for irregularities or discrepancies regarding your accounts in accordance with this and your other Agreements you have with us. Subject to applicable law, we may suspend some or all electronic services and access to your checking or other account(s) if you become delinquent on any of your loan or deposit obligations to us or you cause a loss to us. We shall not be liable to you in any regard in connection with such suspension of services.

  • Electronic Access Access by the Customer to certain systems, applications or products of Bank shall be governed by this Agreement and the terms and conditions set forth in Annex A Electronic Access.

  • Electronic Devices No electronic devices that may hinder job performance or safety (especially cell phones), may be carried on employees’ person, or be used by employees during working hours.

  • Electronic Storage The parties agree that the transaction described herein may be conducted and related documents may be stored by electronic means. Copies, telecopies, facsimiles, electronic files and other reproductions of original executed documents shall be deemed to be authentic and valid counterparts of such original documents for all purposes, including the filing of any claim, action or suit in the appropriate court of law.

A letter of authorization to that effect is on record with the General Presidents’ Maintenance Committee for Canada. Execution by electronic means has the same effect as if the collective agreement was executed in person by the representative of the trade union physically signing a copy of the collective agreement. As well, this collective agreement can be executed by a representative of each signatory employer by electronic signature or other electronic means.
