Residential Requirement. All students enrolled at Kenyon are required to live in College housing and enroll in the College dining plan. Kenyon students are prohibited from utilizing non-Kenyon facilities or living spaces to supplement their College housing. Students seeking an exception from the residential requirement must receive prior written permission from the Office of Residential Life. Students found in violation of this requirement will be subject to disciplinary action.

The Community Assistant job, the live-in component of which is a critical condition of employment, requires the Appointee to live in the building indicated in this Agreement or as otherwise assigned, during the entire time of the Agreement. A portion of the room cost and a stipend are provided as part of the compensation for the job. As fully participating members of the building community, the Appointee will demonstrate a commitment to residents by viewing their building as the Appointee’s primary place for residence, and participating in the social and educational activities.
Residential Requirement. All employees must be resi- dents of the City of Iron Mountain and remain residents of the City of Iron Mountain.
Residential Requirement. Franciscan University of Steubenville requires that all full-time students under age 22 who are candidates for an undergraduate degree
1. They reside with their parents or legal guardian in the immediate area, or
2. Are at least age 21 (by September 15, 2017) and have earned at least 88 credits, or
3. Have reached age 22 by September 15, 2017. Once a student has lived in campus housing, the Off-Campus Request Form must be submitted and permission must be granted before the student is allowed to live off-campus. This includes students who are eligible to move off campus. Do not sign a lease until you have received official notification that your request to live off campus has been approved. Forms are due on April 1st for the fall or spring semester. No forms will be accepted from April 1st until after the Housing Fair. Forms will be accepted until November 1st for the spring semester. Forms submitted after the deadline will not be approved. Students granted a release from the Residential Requirement must provide their off campus address and phone number to the University.
Residential Requirement. Every employee shall, as a condition of employment, reside either within twenty (20) miles of the City limits or within twenty (20) minutes normal driving time without exceeding the speed limit. Employees must comply with the residency requirement within thirty (30) days of completing the one hundred eighty (180) day probationary period. Part time employees may, on an individual basis be granted an exemption from this requirement where, and so long as, they remain in the same residence as they had when hired, but shall lose any exemption, and be required to comply in the event they move while employed by the City.

Residential Requirement. The Resident Assistant is required to live in an assigned UTA owned apartment because of the requirements. Inherent in providing on-site management services. As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible to sign a lease and pay rent for the assigned bed space/apartment at a rate reduced 45%. You may also have additional responsibilities to pay for utilities as is designated in the specific lease agreement.
Residential Requirement. The Lodge agrees that employees in the appropriate unit shall comply with the residential requirement as stated in the Manual of Operations. Interpretations or determinations of this policy shall be made by the Associate Vice Chancellor of Public Safety.
