Resignation of Employee. If Employee resigns prior to the end of the term of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate immediately, and the Company shall pay to Employee that part of his Base Salary which would otherwise be payable to Employee through the effective date of his resignation. Upon such payment, all obligations in any manner whatsoever of ACG to Employee shall be fully satisfied.

If Employee resigns prior to the end of the Term pursuant to this section, this Agreement shall terminate immediately. Except as provided for in Section 4.1(f), Employee shall not be entitled to receive any further salary or benefits under this Agreement, other than payment for that part of Employee's Salary that would otherwise be payable to Employee through the last date of his employment with the Company. Upon such payment, all obligations in any manner whatsoever of the Company to the Employee shall be fully satisfied. Employee is not entitled to receive any bonus if his employment is resigned as provided in this section.
Resignation of Employee. EMPLOYEE tenders his resignation effective as of the Separation Date, which resignation is hereby accepted by MEMC. EMPLOYEE's MEMC personnel file will reflect a voluntary resignation.
Resignation of Employee. In the event that Employee resigns (except in the case of resignation or termination due to disability), Employee shall be entitled to receive (i) all base salary earned to the effective date of resignation, which shall be payable upon such resignation (including any accrued and unused vacation time), and (ii) any accrued and unpaid incentive bonus to the date of resignation (including a pro rata portion of the bonus payable for the year of resignation), which shall be payable to Employee when incentive bonuses are paid to all other employees participating in such incentive bonus plan (provided that Employee provides to the Company at least one month's notice of such resignation), but all other rights of Employee hereunder shall terminate as of the effective date of Employee's resignation. Resignation of Employee. Employee has submitted his resignation, which resignation is accepted immediately by Employer upon execution of this Separation Agreement, with the final day of employment pursuant to such resignation effective at midnight on December 31, 2015 (referred to in this Agreement as the “final day of employment”).
Resignation of Employee. (a) In order to resign their employment, an employee will give the employer (4) four weeks’ notice. If the employee who is at least 18 years and fails to give the appropriate notice, the employer has the right to withhold wages due to the employee up to an amount equal to no more than: (i) one week’s wages for an assistant. (ii) two weeks’ wages for a teacher. (b) Notice must be given during term-time at least (4) four weeks prior to the end of the current term. (c) These provisions may be varied by mutual consent.
Resignation of Employee. The Employee hereby resigns as President, Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the Company, as a member of the Executive and any other committee of the Company's Board of Directors on which he may now serve, and as an officer and director of any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, effective immediately. Employee shall use reasonable efforts at reasonable times to fulfill his obligations hereunder as best as possible to the extent that doing so does not conflict with his efforts to secure new employment or consulting opportunities or the fact that he has secured new employment or obtained consulting contracts.
Resignation of Employee. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, PA hereby accepts the voluntary resignation of the Employee and agrees that the Employee’s employment with PA is hereby terminated.
