Resignation or Termination for Cause. (a) The Executive may resign his/her employment or MTS may terminate the Executive's employment for Cause, effective as of the Date of Termination set forth in the Notice of Termination. If Executive resigns or his/her employment is terminated by MTS for Cause, MTS shall pay to Executive his/her full base salary through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect at the time of Notice of Termination is given and MTS shall have no further obligation to Executive under this Agreement.
