RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. 1.1. The Provider shall perform all of its obligations in the manner set forth in this Agreement including, without limitation, selling the Products to the City at the prices and quantities set forth in the Provider’s Quote, and all related additional or incidental tasks necessary to effectuate the intent of this Agreement.

RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. A. Provider shall be solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of its work and the work of its Providers performed in connection with this Agreement. Any review, approval, or concurrence therewith by the County shall not be deemed to constitute acceptance or waiver by the County of any error or omission as to such work.
RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. (1) A Provider who requests STS to serve End Users in Transient Apartments must provide to CenturyLink, at the time of the request and annually thereafter, a sworn verification, signed by an officer or other authorized representative of Provider, that the site to which STS is or will be provided meets the definition of Transient Apartment.
RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. By executing this Agreement, Provider warrants to City that Provider possesses, or will arrange to secure from others, all of the necessary capabilities, experience, resources and facilities necessary to provide to City the services under this Agreement. RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. 1.1. The Provider shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion, and coordination of the Product and Services furnished by the Provider, and by any of the principals, employees and agents of Provider.
RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. The Materials to be provided pursuant to this Agreement were collected or will be collected by Provider in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, patient consent forms and authorizations pursuant to Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval, as applicable, and will be de-identified in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Provider agrees to properly label, package, and transport the Materials in accordance with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations.

  • Responsibility of Parties 51.3.1 The Parties agree to abide by the following if a forecast cannot be agreed to: Local Interconnection Trunk Groups will be provisioned to the higher forecast. A blocking standard of one percent (1%) during the average busy hour shall be maintained. Subject to the limitations on liability and except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Party shall be responsible for (i) its own acts and performance of all obligations imposed by Applicable Law in connection with its activities, legal status and property, real or personal, and

  • Responsibility of parents to ensure your child attends school on every school day for the educational program in which they are enrolled • attend open meetings for parents • let the school know if there are any problems that may affect your child’s ability to learn • ensure your child completes homework regularly in keeping with the school’s homework policy • inform school of student absences and reasons for absences in a timely manner • treat school staff with respect • support the authority of school staff thereby supporting their efforts to educate your child and assist your child to achieve maturity, self discipline and self control • not allow your child to bring dangerous or inappropriate items to school • abide by school’s instructions regarding access to school grounds before, during and after school hours • advise Principal if your student is in the care of the State • keep school informed of any changes to student’s details, such as student’s home address and phone number.

  • RESPONSIBILITY OF CONSULTANT Consultant shall take all responsibility for the work, shall bear all losses and damages directly or indirectly resulting to Consultant, to any subcontractor, to the City, to City officers and employees, or to parties designated by the City, on account of the performance or character of the work, unforeseen difficulties, accidents, occurrences or other causes to the extent predicated on active or passive negligence of the Consultant or of any subcontractor.

  • Responsibility of student to attend school on every school day for the educational program in which they are enrolled, on time, ready to learn and take part in school activities • act at all times with respect and show tolerance towards other students and staff • work hard and comply with requests or directions from the teacher and principal • abide by school rules as outlined in the school’s Responsible Behaviour Plan for Students, including not bringing items to school which could be considered as weapons (e.g. dangerous items such as knives) • meet homework requirements and wear school’s uniform • respect the school property.
