Common use of Rest Break Clause in Contracts

Rest Break. Periods during the Scheduled Shift during which the EMPLOYEE remains on continual duty and is responsible for assigned duties.

Rest Break. Periods during the Scheduled Shift SCHEDULED SHIFT during which the EMPLOYEE Employee remains on continual duty and is responsible for assigned duties.
