Common use of Rest Break Clause in Contracts

Rest Break. All employees shall normally be granted a fifteen (15) minute paid rest period during each one-half (1/2) shift at times designated by the Employer.

Rest Break. All employees shall normally be granted allowed to take a fifteen (15) minute paid rest period break during each one-the first half of any shift and a ten (1/210) shift at times designated by minute rest break during the Employersecond half of any shift.
