Common use of Rest Break Clause in Contracts

Rest Break. A rest break shall be allowed each employee of the Company as close to midway in the first half of the shift, and as close to midway in the second half of the shift, as possible. Time allowed for rest breaks shall be up to, but not more than fifteen (15) minutes each.
