Rest Breaks and Meal Breaks. (a) A one-half (½) hour unpaid meal break shall be at mid-shift. (b) Two (2) breaks of ten (10) minutes each shall be taken in a work shift at a location determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union. Time of the first break shall be at one-quarter (¼) of the work shift; the second break shall be at three- quarters (¾) of the work shift or as near these periods as possible. (c) On scheduled shifts of ten (10) hours, the Employee will be given one (1) fifteen (15) minute rest break in the middle of the first five (5) hours of the shift, and one (1) fifteen
