Restroom. For the purposes of this CONTRACT CONTRACTOR shall consider all items found in the restrooms when restrooms are mentioned. This includes but is not limited to: sinks, faucets, mirrors, toilets, urinals, partitions, walls, floors, ceilings, baby changing tables, and all types of dispensers that one would find in the restrooms.

Restroom.  The interior and exterior of toilet bowls, urinals and sinks shall be thoroughly washed with a commercial disinfectant including the rim leaving no discoloration, rust encrustations or water rings. Any hard water stains will be removed. Sinks will be dried and polished to a shine.  Paper towel, toilet paper, soap, toilet seat cover and feminine hygiene product dispensers will be checked daily to ensure they are at full capacity.  Mirrors will be cleaned and polished.  Doors, doorframes, walls and light switches will be spot cleaned.  Floors will be swept then mopped with a disinfectant cleaner. Baseboards will be spot cleaned.  Counters will be sprayed down with a disinfectant cleaner, then wiped clean. Breakroom/Kitchen  Sweep and mop floor. Spot clean baseboards.  Tables and counters will be cleaned.  Exterior of appliances will be cleaned.  Exception: microwave will be cleaned inside and out. Exercise Room  Empty trash on an as needed basis.  Vacuum carpet and mop mats once per week.

The hot water and drain pipes underneath the lavatory are not insulated or otherwise configured to protect against contact. Insulate the pipes under the lavatory. Restroom. A requirement that Developer, at its cost, construct a waterless vault toilet system restroom on a parcel of land owned by the Town and adjacent to Property, as shown on the PUD. The Town may instead require Developer to install a water and sewer-serviced restroom, provided that the cost of designing and constructing the restroom shall be allocated between Developer and the Town as follows: Developer, prior to construction, shall obtain: a bid from its preferred engineer and contractor for the design and construction of the waterless vault toilet system; and a bid from its preferred engineer and contractor for the design and construction of a water and sewer-serviced restroom. The fractional increase between the two bids shall be used to determine the Town’s pro rata share of the actual costs to install the restroom. In addition, prior to construction, the Town shall grant Developer a temporary construction easement sufficient to allow Developer to construct the restroom on the Town's property. The restroom shall be subject to the Town's standard acceptance and warranty procedures.
Restroom. Comfort stations, as well as iced drinking water, shall be maintained at convenient places on all MetroBus and MetroLink lines and shall be kept in a sanitary condition by Metro. Portable facilities (Xxxxxx on the spot) will not satisfy this requirement.
