Result Reporting. Each Party shall keep the other Party apprised at each quarterly JSC meeting of all Results [***] generated by such Party from its activities performed under the Target Discovery Program, Target Validation Program or Compound Discovery Program, to the extent applicable, including preparing quarterly written reports to summarize the work performed by a Party, setting forth, among other things, any material results and material raw data therefor. Each Party shall maintain customary written (or electronic) records for the work performed by such Party under the Collaboration. Upon the completion of particular activities under any Project Plan, the Parties shall jointly prepare a written report to summarize the work performed and the results and findings from the applicable activities.

Result Reporting. Negative results will be communicated to the Member by secure fax, email or USPS within 24 hours. Positive results will require review by the MRO which may take up to five days. Positive results will be communicated by telephone to the Member representative as soon as confirmed with written confirmation by fax, email or USPS.
Result Reporting. The Contractor shall complete routine tests within twenty-four (24) hours after specimen collection and transmit the same electronically immediately following the validation of test results. Results for other non-routine tests requiring a longer report period shall be transmitted within three (3) to seven (7) days after specimen collection. Preliminary reports shall be issued to each clinic when applicable. The Contractor shall ensure that all test result reports clearly identify the following:
Result Reporting. For each Service ordered, Yale shall provide a professional interpretation of the technical test results, and a finalized sign-out report to be delivered by Precipio to the ordering physician. Yale shall ensure that such professional interpretations and reports are entered into the LIS. Precipio will provide all necessary data entry and transcription services needed to enter the professional interpretation.
Result Reporting. The following guidelines must be followed for result reporting:  BIS expects Researchers to present results in a clear, concise and legible manner.  BIS requires that abbreviated codes and descriptions be interpreted since there is no standardized coding system for all states.  The Researcher should not pass on any information they themselves do not understand. Data should be clarified and understood before being submitted to BIS.  Return information should include subject’s identifiers (name, DOB, SSN), type of search performed, jurisdiction searched, scope of search and result or status.  Record information shall include: case number, county and court where record was located, subject’s full name on filing, any aliases, identifiers used to confirm a positive match (I.e. Name, DOB, SSN), file date, violation date, charges (with any amendments), disposition date, sentencing information (to include probation, incarceration, fines, fees, programs etc).  Pending cases should include any available information noted above as well as next court date.  Record information should also include any post judgment activity (I.e. probation violations, active warrants, sentence reconsiderations, appeals and sentence amendments).

  • Adverse Event Reporting Both Parties acknowledge the obligation to comply with the Protocol and / or applicable regulations governing the collection and reporting of adverse events of which they may become aware during the course of the Clinical Trial. Both Parties agree to fulfil and ensure that their Agents fulfil regulatory requirements with respect to the reporting of adverse events.

  • Incident Reporting Transfer Agent will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly furnish to Fund information that Transfer Agent has regarding the general circumstances and extent of such unauthorized access to the Fund Data.

Since the end of the Company’s most recent audited fiscal year, there have been no significant deficiencies or material weakness in the Company’s internal control over financial reporting (whether or not remediated) and no change in the Company’s internal control over financial reporting that has materially affected, or is reasonably likely to materially affect, the Company’s internal control over financial reporting. The Company is not aware of any change in its internal control over financial reporting that has occurred during its most recent fiscal quarter that has materially affected, or is reasonably likely to materially affect, the Company’s internal control over financial reporting.

  • Management Reporting (a) Provide periodic reports, in accordance with agreed upon frequency and content parameters, to the Funds. As reasonably requested by the Funds, the Transfer Agent shall furnish ad hoc reports to the Funds.

  • IRS Reporting Ultimus will prepare and distribute appropriate Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) forms for shareholder income and capital gains (including the calculation of qualified income), sale of fund shares, distributions from retirement accounts and education savings accounts, fair market value reporting on IRAs, contributions, rollovers and conversions to IRAs and education savings accounts and required minimum distribution notifications and issue tax withholding reports to the IRS.

  • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).
