Return of All Company Property. Executive shall deliver to Company all keys, credit cards, computers, correspondence, software, drawings, cell phones, blueprints, manuals, letters, notes, notebooks, reports, flowcharts, programs, software, proposals, and any files and documents, electronic or otherwise, concerning Company's employees, customers, or products or processes used by Company and any other property of Company, by January 10, 2003.

Return of All Company Property. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, or at any other time upon Company’s written request, Contractor must within 3 days after such expiration or termination: (a) deliver to Company all work product (whether complete or incomplete) and all hardware, software, tools, equipment, key cards, or other materials provided for Contractor’s limited use by Company (including transferring access to applicable accounts that Contractor maintained on Company’s behalf); (b) deliver to Company all tangible documents and materials (and any copies) containing, reflecting, incorporating, or based on the Confidential Information; (c) permanently erase all of the Confidential Information from your computer systems and internal hardcopy files; and (d) certify in writing to Company that Contractor has complied with the requirements of this clause.
Return of All Company Property. In addition to any obligation Executive may have under law, Executive acknowledges that he has already returned to the Company , and/or agrees to return to the Company promptly after his resignation, all property in Executive’s possession, custody, or control that belongs to the Company. The only forms of property excepted from this section of the Agreement are (a) documents referring to Executive’s compensation and benefits that do not contain any references to any other employee of the Company; and (b) specific non-confidential documents for which Executive has received the express, prior written consent to retain by the new Chairman of the Board of Allied (following Executive’s resignation). Any such requests will be given good faith consideration by the Company.
Return of All Company Property. Executive shall within three (3) days of the Termination turn over, and provide the Company with a written inventory of, all files (which files shall contain all memoranda and records in Executive's possession), credit cards, access cards, facsimile machine(s), cellular phone(s), portable computer(s) and computer hardware (i.e. printer), and other documents or property (including documents on computer diskettes and documents contained in the memory of any computer and not saved on diskette) which were received from the Company, or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates or predecessors. The Company shall have the right to conduct an audit on the hard drive of any of Executive's personal computers. The Company stipulates and agrees that to the best of its knowledge Executive has fulfilled his obligations under this Section 5. Should Executive subsequently uncover any additional Company materials or property, he shall promptly return same to the Company.
