Return to Office. The employee must agree to return to the regular office/worksite on a telework day if required to do so by the employee’s supervisor. Employees on a regular and recurring telework arrangement are required to report to the official worksite and duty station as needed, as determined by the Agency.
Return to Office. Hourly Employees required by the County to return to the work site shall receive the following compensation: 14.11.2.1 On a regularly scheduled workday, hourly employees shall receive a two hour bonus and actual time worked, all time worked paid at time and one half. 14.11.2.2 On non-work days (vacation, sick, holidays, and other days off), the first callback shall receive a two hour bonus PLUS time worked or two hours, whichever is greater, all time worked paid at time and one half. Additional callbacks within the same 24 hour day shall receive a two (2) hour bonus plus actual time worked all worked time paid at time and one half. 14.11.2.3 Hourly Employees shall be reimbursed at the current IRS rate for round trip mileage from the employee’s home to the work site when required to return under call back provisions.
Return to Office. Add a new Article 27.1 (“Return to Office”) to the Agreement as follows: ARTICLE 27.1. “RETURN TO OFFICE A. Producer shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice, when practicable, to the Union and affected employees of any change to its policies that would change the number of days that employees are required to work in the office (other than temporary shifts in work location to accommodate production or project-specific needs). B. Producer shall discuss with the employee, upon request, an accommodation for the employee to work from home in accordance with legal requirements and company policies, as applicable. C. If the Producer denies an employee's request to work or continue to work remotely, the Union may request a meeting with the Producer to further discuss the employee's circumstances, and the parties shall meet promptly thereafter.”
Return to Office. As Management determines positions returning to the office, Management is encouraged to consider the totality of the employees’ teleworking circumstances and consider prioritizing office use for employees working under difficult remote work conditions.

  • Location of Office The Company shall make available to Executive an office and support services at the Company’s headquarters in Dallas/Plano, Texas area. Executive’s main office shall be at such location.

  • Terms of Office Each Director shall serve at the pleasure of the governing body of the Party that the Director represents, and may be removed as Director by such governing body at any time. If at any time a vacancy occurs on the Board, a replacement shall be appointed to fill the position of the previous Director in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.2 within 90 days of the date that such position becomes vacant.

  • Return Requirements Ordering entity shall coordinate returns with the Contractor. Upon notification by the ordering entity of a duplicate shipment, over-shipment or shipment in poor condition, the products must be promptly removed at the contractor and/or dealer’s expense. Ordering entities reserve the right to return products for defects in material and/or workmanship. In the event of product return, the ordering entity reserves the right to accept either a full refund for the returned product or a replacement of the product.
