This reuse may include preparation of reverse plans, changes to the program, provision for exceptional site conditions, preparation of documents for off-site improvements, provisions for revised solar orientation, provisions for revised vehicular and pedestrian access, and modifications to building elevations, ornament, or other aesthetic features. In all reuse assignments, the design documents shall be revised to comply with building codes and other jurisdictional requirements current at the time of reuse for the new site location. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in force for each reuse project, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing.
