Review and scope. As part of the review and approval process, the applicant for a home occupation permit shall provide a site plan, which at a minimum shall consist of a scaled drawing showing lot line dimensions, the location, dimensions and setbacks of all structures, driveway access, parking areas, and proposed signage. In addition, the County may require an applicant for a home occupation permit to submit additional documentation describing in detail the equipment, materials, or processes to be used in connection with the home occupation, and to allow inspection of the premises proposed for home occupation in order to determine compliance with all applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations. Applications for home occupation permits that do not meet the requirements of this section or the requirements of all other applicable statutes, ordinances or regulations will be denied.

Review and scope. If compliance can be determined through the completed application, the home occupation business registration will be issued automatically by the Community Development Department. If compliance cannot be determined through the completed application or if questions arise as part of the review of the application, a more thorough review and/or inspection will be conducted by the Community Development Department and/or Fire Marshal. Applications for home occupation business registrations which do not meet the constraints of this section shall be denied. The denial determination may be completed at either the time of application, as part of the application review process, or the inspection process. Registration fees will only be accessed upon the approval of the home occupation business registration.

  • Background Screening VENDOR shall comply with all requirements of Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes, and all of its personnel who (1) are to be permitted access to school grounds when students are present, (2) will have direct contact with students, or (3) have access or control of school funds, will successfully complete the background screening required by the referenced statutes and meet the standards established by the statutes. This background screening will be conducted by SBBC in advance of VENDOR or its personnel providing any services under the conditions described in the previous sentence. VENDOR shall bear the cost of acquiring the background screening required by Section 1012.32, Florida Statutes, and any fee imposed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to maintain the fingerprints provided with respect to VENDOR and its personnel. The parties agree that the failure of VENDOR to perform any of the duties described in this section shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement entitling SBBC to terminate immediately with no further responsibilities or duties to perform under this Agreement. VENDOR agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SBBC, its officers and employees from any liability in the form of physical or mental injury, death or property damage resulting from VENDOR’s failure to comply with the requirements of this section or with Sections 1012.32 and 1012.465, Florida Statutes.

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.

  • REVIEW OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 4.2.1 The Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Contract Documents and shall immediately report in writing to the Architect and the State any error, inconsistency or omission he may discover. The Contractor shall not be liable to the State or the Architect for any damage resulting from any such errors, inconsistencies or omissions in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform no portion of the Work at any time without Contract Documents or, where required, approved Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples for such portion of the Work.
