Riggers. DUTIES It is intended to have Riggers perform required rigging functions which are to place all and equipment as near as possible to the final position. It is not intended to have Tradesmen do other than that rigging which directly furthers their own work in hand other than that permitted by Article or restricted by Article Tradesmen, when working alone or together, shall only use a single or etc, which ,be rated to a maximum capacity of one (1)tonne to progress their own job once the or equipment they have been working on has been placed as near as possible to the final position. Steelworker classification employees may use more than this restricted capacity and more than one (1) for the purpose of performing their classification duties once the material or equipment has been placed as near as possible to the final position. Riggers be assigned to a shop or area when there is sufficient for a Rigger to on a particular job or area to permit the Tradesman to proceed with work other than rigging. Anything contrary to this must have the consent of the Union and the Company. A tradesmen directed to bum to progress his job, will be to perform these functions in accordance with Article The above paragraph shall not apply to plasma arc burning, use of the radiograph burning machine, rosebud tips used for extensive heating, and specialized burning such as bevelling, washing weld (excluding burning of tack welds). Riggers. Rigging work covered by this Agreement shall be work obtained by the Employer on the basis of the Rigging Tariffs (Heavy Hauling). All employees assigned to rigging work shall be paid the wages shown in Article 51, Section 1 of this Agreement.

Riggers. Luminario Ballet brings its own insured aerial circus rigger to direct all aerial rigging to established safety standards. Depending upon the needs of the show and venue, Purchaser may be required to provide a certified rigger(s) to work with Luminario’s rigger, and if so, Purchaser shall be responsible for 100% of associated costs. The determination of whether and how many riggers Purchaser is to supply is entirely at Luminario’s discretion.

  • Erosion and Sediment Control The Contractor shall install and maintain erosion and sediment control devices to prevent adjacent streets, storm drains and property from accumulations of soil, sediment, or dust which result from his work. Devices installed to control sediment and prevent erosion shall comply with the requirements of the Georgia Tech Project Superintendent. The Contractor is responsible for monitoring downstream conditions throughout the construction period and clearing any debris, sediment, and dust caused by the progress of the Work. The Contractor shall inspect, maintain, and clear erosion and sediment control devices at least weekly unless otherwise directed by the Georgia Institute of Technology Construction Manager. At the conclusion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all installed devices and restoring the site to the satisfaction of the Georgia Tech Construction Manager.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Prohibition on Political Activity with City Funds In accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12.G, Contractor may not participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure (collectively, “Political Activity”) in the performance of the services provided under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12.G and any implementing rules and regulations promulgated by the City’s Controller. The terms and provisions of Chapter 12.G are incorporated herein by this reference. In the event Contractor violates the provisions of this section, the City may, in addition to any other rights or remedies available hereunder, (i) terminate this Agreement, and (ii) prohibit Contractor from bidding on or receiving any new City contract for a period of two (2) years. The Controller will not consider Contractor’s use of profit as a violation of this section.

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.
