Right to Accompany Inspector. A Health and Safety Committee Representative for the Union, may, subject to availability, accompany an inspector of the Workers' Compensation Board on an inspection tour and will be provided access to any subsequent reports which will be reviewed by the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
Right to Accompany Inspector. The Shop Xxxxxxx or Health and Safety Representative from the specific restaurant may, subject to availability, accompany an inspector of the WorkSafe BC on an inspection tour.
Right to Accompany Inspector. When an inspection of the Operation is made by an Inspector authorized to enforce the Workers’ Compensation Regulations, the Factories Act, or any act or regulations pertaining to industrial health or safety, a Union representative of the Safety Committee shall be included in the tour, and a copy of the Inspector’s report shall be made available to the Safety Committee.
Right to Accompany Inspector. The Union OH&S Co-Chairperson or designate shall accompany an Alberta OH&S inspector on an inspection tour upon request.
Right to Accompany Inspector. (2005) A selected union member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee may participate in accident and incident investigations as described under the B.C. Occupational Health & Safety Regulations. The union member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee that participates in the investigation shall sign these accident and incident reports.
Right to Accompany Inspector. A unionized employee who is elected or appointed as a member of the Joint health and Safety Committee of Fairmont Regional Linen Service may, subject to availability, accompany an inspector of the Alberta Workplace Health and Safety on inspection tours and will be provided access to any subsequent reports which will be reviewed by the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
Right to Accompany Inspector. The Union H&S Co-Chairperson or designate shall accompany a government inspector on an inspection tour related to Health and Safety upon request and if permitted by the inspector. The Company will advise the Union H&S Co-Chairperson of all inspector visits as soon as it becomes aware ofthem.
Right to Accompany Inspector. The Union or alternate shall be allowed to Company government inspectors respecting health and safety issues on an inspection tour. The parties agree to make all reasonableefforts to accommodate disabled workers as required by the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. On an individual basis, the Committee may meet to consider an appropriate ac- commodation and to make recommendations to the Company.
Right to Accompany Inspector. (a) The Union JHSC Co-Chairperson or designate shall accompany a Government Inspector on an inspection tour upon request.
(b) The Company will inform the JHSC Co-Chairs, respecting any scheduled inspection by any Provincial or Federal Authority or Fire Department or any form of Local, Provincial or any kind of Federal Inspection is coming to the plant to conduct a safety related inspection. This will be done as soon as the Company becomes aware of any such occurrence.
