Forfeiting Seniority. An employee, who has resigned or left the service of the Company of his/her own accord, shall forfeit his/her seniority rights and shall not be reinstated. If he or she shall be re-employed by the Company, his or her new seniority rights shall be established in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Prior to removing the name of an employee from the seniority roster the Company will notify the Organization of its intent to do so and such removal of seniority will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
