Right to Deny Access a) If Customer violates any provision of this Attachment, and, following notice from HNS, continues to violate any such provision, then in addition to its other rights hereunder, HNS shall have the immediate right to prevent Customer from accessing Customer’s Transponder Capacity to the extent, but only to the extent necessary and for the time necessary to prevent such breach from continuing.
b) If, in connection with Using Customer’s Transponder Capacity,
i) Customer is convicted under any Obscenity Law or has been found by any Governmental Authority to have violated any such law;
ii) based on any Use of Customer’s Transponder Capacity by Customer, HNS is indicted or otherwise charged as a criminal defendant, or is convicted under any Obscenity law, or becomes the subject of a criminal proceeding or a governmental action seeking a fine, license revocation or other sanctions, or any Governmental Authority seeks a cease and desist or other similar order or filing;
iii) A Governmental Communications Authority has issued an order initiating a proceeding to revoke HNS or the Satellite Operator’s authorization to operate the Satellite;
iv) HNS obtains a court order pursuant to this Section, or a court or Governmental Authority of competent jurisdiction orders HNS to deny access to user or orders user to cease transmission; or
v) HNS receives notice (the “Illegal Programming Notice”), written or oral, from a Governmental Authority that such authority considers Customer and/or any other user’s programming to be in violation of Obscenity Laws (the “Illegal Programming”), and that if HNS does not cease transmitting such Illegal Programming, then HNS and/or its parent or affiliates and/or any of their executives will be indicted or otherwise charged as a criminal defendant, will become the subject of a criminal proceeding or a governmental action seeking a fine, license revocation or other sanctions, or that such Governmental Authority will seek a cease and desist or other similar order or filing (with HNS being obligated, to the extent permitted by law, to provide Customer with a copy of such Illegal Programming Notice, if written, or with other verification, including the details thereof, if oral); then, upon written notice from HNS to Customer (the “Denial of Access Notice”), which may be oral directed to Customer, Customer shall cease using Customer’s Transponder Capacity, immediately, in the case of a denial of access pursuant to subparagraphs (i), (ii), (iii) ...
Right to Deny Access. For the protection of Xxxxxx, you and your patients, Xxxxxx reserves the right at its sole discretion (i) to deactivate any Login Information; (ii) to require you to change Login Information; or (iii) to deny, limit or terminate access to the Software or any portion thereof, at any time, as necessary or advisable to protect the security and integrity of the Software. Whenever Xxxxxx is able to do so without compromising the security or integrity of the Software, Xxxxxx will use reasonable efforts to give you notice before taking such action. If Xxxxxx determines, in its sole discretion, that it is advisable to take immediate action, without prior notice to you, Xxxxxx will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of its action and, if it can do so without compromising the security of the Software or any investigation, the reason for the action. Xxxxxx also reserves the right to inspect and audit your use of the Software.

For the protection of you and your Authorized Users, Licensor reserves the right at its sole discretion (i) to deactivate any User Identity; (ii) to require you to change User Identities; or (iii) to deny, limit or terminate access to the Service or any portion thereof, at any time, as necessary or advisable to protect the security and integrity of the Service. Whenever Licensor is able to do so without compromising the security or integrity of the Service, Licensor will give you reasonable notice before taking such action. If Licensor determines, in its sole discretion, that it is advisable to take immediate action, without prior notice to you, Licensor will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of its action and, if it can do so without compromising the security of the Service or any investigation, the reason for the action.
Right to Deny Access. Dow reserves the right to refuse access to anyone if (in our sole discretion) we believe the individual could present a health, security or safety risk to the site or its employees.
Right to Deny Access. If Supplier or its Personnel fail to comply with any of the requirements of Article 26 or this Article 27, then the Relevant Company may in its discretion deny that person or those persons access to the Site or permit such access subject to terms and conditions the Relevant Company thinks appropriate. Any such denial shall not entitle Supplier to any extension of the time for performance of its obligations under the Agreement or any Purchase Order.

(B) Customer shall cease transmissions to the Satellite upon notice of denial of access by PanAmSat under this Section 7.6. PanAmSat may continue to deny Customer access under this Section 7.6 until any breach of the Agreement by Customer is cured.
(C) If PanAmSat prevents Customer from accessing any or all of Customer's Transponder Capacity at a time when PanAmSat did not have the right to do so under this Agreement, then Customer shall be entitled **** Outage Credits as liquidated damages for the period during which access was denied, which shall be calculated in accordance with Section 5.

(ii) based on any User's use of the Transponders, PanAmSat is indicted or otherwise charged as a criminal defendant, becomes the subject of a criminal proceeding or a governmental action seeking a fine, license revocation or other sanctions, or any Governmental Authority seeks a cease and desist or other similar order or filing;
(iii) the FCC has issued an order initiating a proceeding to revoke PanAmSat's authorization to operate the Satellite;
(iv) PanAmSat obtains a court order pursuant to Section 10.06(c) or a court or Governmental Authority of competent jurisdiction orders PanAmSat to deny access to User or orders User to cease transmission;
(v) PanAmSat receives written notice (the "Illegal Programming Notice") from a Governmental Authority that such authority considers Lessee [***] Filed separately with the Commission pursuant to a request for confidential treatment.
