Right to Use Equipment and Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use the Employer’s equipment, machines and other technology for Association business during non-contract hours. The Association agrees to provide all its own consumable supplies and/or reimburse the Employer for the reasonable costs of operating such equipment. The Association and its representatives may use district buildings for meetings and to transact Association business during nonworking hours. The Association representative shall check with the building administrator to assure there is no conflict because of a previously scheduled meeting. The Association will be allowed to post notices of activities and matters of Association's concern on a bulletin board to be provided in each faculty lounge or teachers' dining area (if there is no faculty lounge) of each building in the district. The Association will be allowed to use in-district mail service and teacher mailboxes for the dissemination of announcements and information to employees. Association correspondence shall include the Association official title and indicate the Association representative issuing the correspondence. The Association acknowledges that the equipment and facilities identified in this section are public resources that may be monitored and that Association use of this equipment and facilities does not create an expectation of privacy for their use. No Association use of district facilities or equipment will interfere with the operation of the Employer’s business or cause additional expense to the Employer. Association members shall not use the public resources identified in this section for personal purposes (matters which do not relate to official Association or Employer business). The Association agrees to comply with any other limits placed on the Employer’s use of the resources identified in this section by the Employer’s provider or by legal authorities.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.

  • Equipment and Materials CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the performance on the Agreement except:

  • Personnel Equipment and Material Engineer shall furnish and maintain, at its own expense, quarters for the performance of all Engineering Services, and adequate and sufficient personnel and equipment to perform the Engineering Services as required. All employees of Engineer shall have such knowledge and experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned to them. Any employee of Engineer who, in the reasonable opinion of County, is incompetent or whose conduct becomes detrimental to the Engineering Services shall immediately be removed from association with the Project when so instructed by County. Engineer certifies that it presently has adequate qualified personnel in its employment for performance of the Engineering Services required under this Contract, or will obtain such personnel from sources other than County. Engineer may not change the Project Manager without prior written consent of County.

  • Services and Facilities The Procuring Entity shall make available to the Service Provider the Services and Facilities listed under Appendix F.

  • The Equipment 9.1 The British Council Equipment shall remain the property of the British Council and shall be used by the Supplier in the performance of the Services and for no other purposes. 9.2 The British Council shall be responsible for the repair or replacement of the British Council Equipment unless the need for repair or replacement is caused by the Supplier’s failure to comply with clause 9.3 or by the negligence or default of the Supplier. 9.3 The Supplier shall maintain all of the British Council Equipment in good and serviceable condition (fair wear and tear excepted) and shall only use the British Council Equipment in accordance with the British Council Equipment manufacturers’ recommendations. 9.4 The Supplier shall be liable for any loss of or damage to any of the British Council Equipment caused by the negligence or default of the Supplier. 9.5 The Supplier shall not in any circumstances have any right to refuse to return to the British Council any of the British Council Equipment and shall take steps necessary to ensure that the title of the British Council and the British Council’s right to repossess the British Council Equipment are effectively brought to the attention of any third party dealing with any of the British Council Equipment.

  • Office Equipment The Client must not install any cabling, IT or telecom connections without the Provider’s consent, which the Provider may refuse at its absolute discretion.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support andƒor training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member. Most TIPS Members are tax exempt and the related laws andƒor regulations of the controlling jurisdiction(s) of the TIPS Member shall apply. No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • Office Space and Facilities The Adviser will arrange to furnish the Trust office space in the offices of the Adviser, or in such other place or places as may be agreed upon from time to time, and all necessary office facilities, simple business equipment, supplies, utilities and telephone service required for managing the investments of the Trust.

  • Equipment and Tools 40.01 The Employer will make available all necessary tools and equipment it requires for the performance of work assignments at no cost to the employees. Such tools and equipment will remain the property of the Employer and the employees will be required to take reasonable care of this property and may be required to sign out certain equipment and tools.
