Role of Framework Management Team (FMT. The Framework Management Team will: Ensure the Framework Objectives are met; Establish, maintain and support effective Framework Governance structures which deliver measurable benefits; Establish, maintain and attend Framework Governance meetings, Framework Provider Meetings and other knowledge sharing forums to promote a continuous improvement culture; Produce regular reports as required by the Steering Group; Widely promote the availability and benefits of the Framework and the Contractor Framework (together “the Frameworks”); Support users of the Frameworks; Collaborate with all Parties to the Framework including regular liaison with the Framework Provider representatives to ensure successful operation of the Framework and achieving its targets; Promote behaviours and attitudes that result in effective collaboration with and between all Framework Providers and stakeholders associated with the delivery of Projects under the Frameworks; Monitor the use of the Framework by Participating Authorities and Framework Providers to ensure compliance with the processes set out herein; Measure and monitor KPI’s and other commercial information which demonstrate the benefits and successes of the Frameworks and take appropriate action where performance does not meet the Minimum Standards; Provider information for users of the Framework through the production of a guidance document and advice; and Provider regular re-validation of Framework Provider details, insurances and commercial status.

  • Staff Development Leave (a) An employee shall be granted leave without loss of pay, at her basic rate of pay, to take courses (including related examinations), conferences, conventions, seminars, workshops, symposiums or similar out-of-service programs, at the request of the Employer. The amount of pay received by an employee shall not exceed the full-time daily hours of work as outlined in Article 14.2. When such leave is granted, the Employer shall bear the full cost, including tuition fees, entrance or registration fees, laboratory fees, and course-related books. The Employer shall also reimburse the employee for approved travelling, subsistence, and other legitimate, applicable expenses.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative. The Committee shall not have jurisdiction to interpret and/or amend the Collective Agreement.

  • Labour Management (a) No employee or group of employees will undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the University without the proper authorization of the Union. Neither will the University meet with any employee or group of employees undertaking to represent the Union without the authorization of the Union. In representing an employee or group of employees, an elected or appointed representative of the Union will speak for the Union.
