Room Use. (1) Please check the evacuation route map from the room on the back of the room entrance door. (2) Please be sure to engage the internal lock and door guard when you are in the room, especially when you go to bed. (3) When there is a knock at the door, please open the door with the door guard still engaged or use the peephole to check who is at the door. If a suspicious person visits you, please do not open the door inadvertently. Contact the front desk. (4) All rooms in this hotel are non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes). Please smoke in the designated smoking areas. (5) If smoking is found in a room, the guest may be charged for one night's room charge. (6) Please refrain from smoking in areas prone to fire. (7) Please refrain from any other activities that may cause a fire. (8) Please do not use any hardware for heating, cooking, or other items that could easily cause a fire in the rooms.

Room Use. All meetings must take place within the space reserved; under no circumstances will any tables or food service be permitted outside the room without prior permission of the Building Manager; all rooms are expected to be left in the same condition in which they were found. Client is responsible for ensuring all Covid-19 government guidelines and requirements such as social distancing and use of personal protective equipment are maintained and enforced at their event.

Xxxxxxx Xxxx double rooms are all offered as Super Singles, so additional approval is not required. b. In rooms where a Super Single or Triple as Double has been approved all DOR provided furniture will remain in the room. 6. Xxxxxxxxxxx Court residents in apartments with fewer than four roommates, with the exception of CA apartments and those apartments with previously approved Super Singles, are required to be prepared for an additional resident to be assigned to the space at any time. Failure to ensure that the unoccupied space is vacant for the new roommate may result in disciplinary charges and reassignment. 7. SUV single student residents assigned to two bedroom apartments have the option of maintaining the apartment as Private, residing alone in an apartment by paying full rent for the apartment. Residents not exercising this option are required to be prepared for an additional resident to be assigned to the space at any time. a. Failure to ensure that the unoccupied space is vacant for the new roommate and/or refusal to accept a roommate may result in disciplinary charges and reassignment and additional rent charges (section III.C.3).
Room Use a) No sub-letting of the rooms or facilities is permitted. You may only use the rooms or areas you have paid for and are given access to. b) All setting up and clearing away (including cleaning) must be done within the agreed hours of hire. Please arrive on time and be ready to leave on time. Using the centre beyond the agreed hours will result in charges to the cost of hire for that time (under 30 mins will incur half the hiring fee charge and over 30 mins will incur a full hour hiring fee charge). After every session, the room and facilities must be returned to their original state. See checklist on page 7. c) The Hirer is responsible for disposing of rubbish created during the activity/event. General waste bags are not provided. General waste and recycling go in the large bins outside the back entrance of the building. (A member of staff will show you where this is). Helium balloon canisters and any other pressurised containers must be taken away by the hirer. They must not be left onsite or put in the community centre bins. d) The Hirer & their guests are expected to act considerately and treat facilities, staff and other centre users with respect. This includes entering and leaving the centre with minimal fuss and being respectful to local residents. There may be other activities or hirers at the centre, so please be aware of those around you. If you are hiring a space, please be aware that sometimes other centre users may need to access the kitchen. e) Activities/events at the centre must not cause distress, offence or nuisance to neighbours. Illegal activity is strictly prohibited, as is any activity deemed unsuitable by the centre. If concern arises as to the use of the centre management reserve the right to terminate the hire agreement.

Residents are responsible for the appliances in their apartments, which must be in place and in their original condition when the resident checks out of the room. Apartment personalization/modifications may only be made according to the DOR guidelines published in Policy Handbook. Residents cannot use their apartments for commercial purposes. Residents may not use vacant bedroom space unless they have signed an agreement to purchase the available space. Maximum family housing occupancy is limited to no more than four adults or two adults and three children.

Room Use. No one is to put up decorations with nails, tape or other materials that may damage the walls or ceiling. You will be responsible for any damage to the community room, kitchen, common area or restroom.
Room Use. The 4 Season Room can be used in conjunction with the pool provided there is no clubhouse rental that evening. If the 4 Season Room is used for the evening in conjunction with pool rental it is the responsibility of the Lessee to wipe off the tables and remove all garbage from containers. Reline with new garbage bags available from lifeguard. Tie garbage bags securely and place in dumpster. Should damages occur to the pool and/or its facilities that exceed the security deposit, the Lessee will pay the difference between the security deposit and total damages as determined by the Acacia Association Board of Directors. Any portion of the security deposit not necessary to repair damage will be refunded.
