ROSTERING PRINCIPLES - PERMANENT TEAM MEMBERS. 5.2.1 All rosters for full-time team members shall provide for 152 hours over any 4 week cycle. 5.2.2 Subject to 3.2.1, all rosters for part-time team members shall provide for an agreed number of hours with a minimum of 40 hours and a maximum of 144 hours over any 4 week cycle. 5.2.3 The minimum engagement a team member may be rostered to work on any day shall be: Full Time Team Members - 5 hours Monday to Friday: - 4 hours on a Saturday or 3 hours by mutual agreement: - 3 hours for work on Public Holidays: - 7.6 hours or by mutual agreement 5 hours, for all work performed on Sundays as part of ordinary hours; Part Time Team Members - 3 hours Monday to Saturday - 5 hours or by mutual agreement 4 hours, for all work performed on Sundays as part of ordinary hours; All Permanent Team Members - 2 hours for all team members for the purpose of the monthly department stocktakes on any day including Sundays. The maximum engagement a team member may be rostered on any day shall be 10.5 hours (exclusive of meal breaks). 5.2.4 Part-time and casual team members may be engaged on an additional shift each day provided that: (a) No more than two engagements shall be worked on any one day; (b) A minimum of 3 hours work shall apply for the original rostered shift and 3 hours for the additional shift; (c) A minimum break of not less than 2 hours shall apply between the cessation of the original rostered shift and the commencement of the additional shift; (d) The maximum hours of work per day as prescribed in subclause 5.2.9 (Part Time) and 3.3.3(b) (Casual) within this Agreement shall apply; (e) Where a second engagement occurs on any one day, a 10 hour break shall be observed between the cessation of work on that second shift and the commencement of the next shift; (f) Part-time team members who work an additional shift in accordance with this clause shall be paid the loading as prescribed in subclause 3.2.1

Any such 2 hour minimum engagement shall be undertaken as an additional shift in accordance with Clause 3.2.1.

This is provided that a part‐time team member may work additional hours as provided in clause 5.2.5 (b) of this Agreement.

The Polk County School Staffing Plan shall be constructed each year according to the procedures set forth in Board Policy and, upon adoption, shall become Board Policy.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.

  • Convicted, Discriminatory, Antitrust Violator, and Suspended Vendor Lists In accordance with sections 287.133, 287.134, and 287.137, F.S., the Contractor is hereby informed of the provisions of sections 287.133(2)(a), 287.134(2)(a), and 287.137(2)(a), F.S. For purposes of this Contract, a person or affiliate who is on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List may not perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under the Contract. The Contractor must notify the Department if it or any of its suppliers, subcontractors, or consultants have been placed on the Convicted Vendor List, the Discriminatory Vendor List, or the Antitrust Violator Vendor List during the term of the Contract. In accordance with section 287.1351, F.S., a vendor placed on the Suspended Vendor List may not enter into or renew a contract to provide any goods or services to an agency after its placement on the Suspended Vendor List. A firm or individual placed on the Suspended Vendor List pursuant to section 287.1351, F.S., the Convicted Vendor List pursuant to section 287.133, F.S., the Antitrust Violator Vendor List pursuant to section 287.137, F.S., or the Discriminatory Vendor List pursuant to section 287.134, F.S., is immediately disqualified from Contract eligibility.

  • Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.

  • Extended Health Plan An employee who makes an election under this provision must enrol in each and every of the benefit plans and shall not be entitled to except any of them.

  • FLORIDA CONVICTED/SUSPENDED/DISCRIMINATORY COMPLAINTS By submission of an offer, the respondent affirms that it is not currently listed in the Florida Department of Management Services Convicted/Suspended/Discriminatory Complaint Vendor List.

  • Authorized Employees Contractor acknowledges that Section285.530, RSMo, prohibits any business entity or employer from knowingly employing, hiring for employment, or continuing to employ an unauthorized alien to perform work within the State of Missouri. Contractor therefore covenants that is not knowingly in violation of subsection 1 or Section 285.530, RSMo, and that it will not knowingly employ, hire for employment, or continue to employ any unauthorized aliens to perform work on the Project, and that its employees are lawfully to work in the United States.

  • Technical Objections to Grievances It is the intent of both Parties of this Agreement that no grievance shall be defeated merely because of a technical error, other than time limitations in processing the grievance through the grievance procedure. To this end, an arbitration board shall have the power to allow all necessary amendments to the grievance and the power to waive formal procedural irregularities in the processing of a grievance, in order to determine the real matter in dispute and to render a decision according to equitable principles and the justice of the case.
