RSI Hours and Attendance. DISTRICT shall collect and review all reports of RSI hours and attendance from PROGRAM SPONSOR at the end of each term (RSI Attendance Records”). DISTRICT shall confirm that RSI Attendance Records accurately and completely report RSI hours/attendance and compare them with the attendance reporting collected by the Admissions and Records Department of Xxxxxx College or Las Positas College, as applicable. Discrepancies will be discussed and revised as needed; if the DISTRICT and PROGRAM SPONSOR are unable to reach mutual agreement as to resolution of any such discrepancy, the DISTRICT’s determination shall be final and binding on the PROGRAM SPONSOR. DISTRICT shall maintain RSI Attendance Records for a period of no less than 5 years. DISTRICT shall have the right to request and review additional substantiating materials from PROGRAM SPONSOR in order to verify RSI hours, reported attendance, or clarify any potential issues. PROGRAM SPONSOR shall promptly provide additional substantiating materials requested by the DISTRICT.

  • Time and Attendance Proper monitoring and certification of employee work time is necessary for a Telework program to be successful. Supervisors must review and ensure that you are paid only for hours worked, and that appropriate leave is used for absences during scheduled work hours. Supervisors must take those steps necessary to ensure that Teleworkers are working when scheduled, such as regular reviews of work, regular update calls with employees and other methods of tracking performance. Supervisors will be responsible for the pre-approval of overtime and work schedule changes.

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

  • Conference Attendance Effective October 1, 1996, unit employees shall be entitled to up to four (4) days administrative leave of absence within any two consecutive fiscal years subject to the following conditions:

  • Perfect Attendance A bonus for perfect attendance will be paid to both full and part-time employees. The amount of $100 will be paid for the first quarter of perfect attendance, $125 for the second accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, $150 for the third accumulated quarter of perfect attendance, and $250 for the fourth quarter of accumulated perfect attendance. Payment for perfect attendance shall be reflected in the second paycheck each January and July for qualifying Association members. These pay days may be adjusted if the school calendar changes. In order to be considered for perfect attendance no sick leave, personal leave days, partial days, or days without pay may be used during the quarter.
