SAFETY AND ACCESS. Contractor shall be responsible for job site safety in accordance with OSHA standards. The Tribe shall provide the Contractor with reasonable access in order to complete the work. Contractor shall provide the Tribe with access to visit the Project. The Tribe shall abide by the Contractor’s reasonable Project site safety rules. Contractor understands that the Tribe will continue its operations while this work is being completed and shall use its best efforts to not impede access for operations and to limit disruptions. Any interruption to electrical or other utilities shall be coordinated with the Tribe’s contact person prior to the interruption. Any work that may impede the general use of the space, and cannot be removed, shall be flagged and cordoned off by the Contractor when appropriate.
SAFETY AND ACCESS. A condition would ensure the development would provide a safe and secure environment for all users in accordance with London Plan Policy 7.3 and Policy DC2 of the Local Plan. The development would result in the provision of an inclusive environment, providing 10% of all units as wheelchair units, level access, minimum of one lift to all upper levels and suitable circulation space. Conditions would ensure the proposal would provide ease of access for all persons, including disabled people. Satisfactory provision is therefore made for users with mobility needs, in accordance with Policy 7.2 of the London Plan and Policy HO6 of the Local Plan (2018). Subject to these conditions, and continued consultation with local access groups in the reserved matter applications, it is considered that the development, as amended, would provide a safe and secure environment for all users. The development is therefore considered to be acceptable in accordance with Policies 3.8, 6.12 and 7.2 of the London Plan (2016) policy HO6 of the Local Plan 2018 and the Council's "Planning Guidance" Supplementary Planning Document.
SAFETY AND ACCESS. If Cheetham or its carrier enters the Customer’s premises to deliver or collect Product, the Customer must provide full and safe access and will be liable for, and indemnifies Cheetham against the cost of all loss, damage to the property and injury to persons, occurring directly or indirectly as a result of the failure by the Customer to ensure the said full and safe access. The Customer is responsible for providing adequate labour and/or material handling equipment for the loading and unloading of Product at its premises. Where Xxxxxxxx agrees to collect Product from the Customer’s premises, the Customer must ensure that the Product is all available for collection at an easily accessible central point and that it is ready for loading at the time Cheetham or its carrier arrives to collect them.

SAFETY AND ACCESS. You must provide Xxxxxx, its employees, agents and contractors full and safe access to the delivery destination for the purposes of the Agreement and agree to indemnify Xxxxxx against all loss, damages, costs and claims (including in relation to property damage and personal injury), occurring directly or indirectly as a result of any failure by you to provide such full and safe access. You agree to provide adequate personnel and/or material handling equipment for the loading and unloading of Goods at the delivery destination. Where Xxxxxx agrees to have Goods collected from your premises, you must ensure that the Goods are easily accessible and prepared for loading at the time Xxxxxx or its nominee arrives to collect them.
