- Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursements. Employees who are required by the Employer to wear safety shoes as a condition of employment shall be eligible to participate in the Employer's Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursement Program. Such program shall provide up to $200.00 every two years for the purchase or repair of said shoes. Employees shall be required to submit adequate proof of purchase or repair before reimbursements are made.
- Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursements. Effective February 3, 2019, a Safety Shoe expense of $0.07 per hour, for all hours worked, was added to the salary schedule in lieu of reimbursement. Employees are no longer eligible for reimbursement; however, at the discretion of the Employer, employees remain required to wear safety shoes or coverings in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act regulations or as directed by their supervisor.
- Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursements. Effective January 1, 2017, ninety dollars ($90) shall be added to the annual salary for all steps on all job classifications on the salary schedule, and this section and the compensation payable hereunder shall terminate.

Employees are no longer eligible for reimbursement; however, at the discretion of the Employer, employees remain required to wear safety shoes or coverings in compliance with MnOSHA regulations or as directed by his/her supervisor.
- Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursements. Effective May 1, 2013 such program shall provide up to one (1) reimbursement per calendar year of up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) with a maximum carryover of one hundred dollars ($100.00) or a maximum of two hundred ($200) for two (2) years for purchase or repair. Employees shall be required to submit adequate proof of purchase or repair before reimbursements are made. Effective May 1, 2014, employees of record shall receive a Safety Shoe Allowance of $140 per year for purchase or repair.

- Safety Shoe Expense Reimbursements. Effective October 1, 2016, a Safety Shoe Expense of $0.067 per hour, for all hours worked, was added to the salary schedule for the purchase or repair of approved safety shoes, including items that are designed to increase the life or comfort of the shoes. Effective October 1, 2022 an additional $0.03 per hour was added bringing the effective total to $0.10 per hour for such expenses. Employees are no longer eligible for reimbursement; employees remain required to wear safety shoes or coverings in compliance with MnOSHA regulations or as directed by their supervisor.
