Safety Xxxxxxx. The Subcontractor shall designate a responsible member of its organization present at the Subcontract Work site whose duty as Subcontractor's Safety Xxxxxxx shall be the prevention of accidents. This person shall be the Subcontractor's Superintendent unless otherwise designated by the Subcontractor in writing. Subcontractor's Safety Xxxxxxx shall attend all Project safety meetings.

Safety Xxxxxxx. Sufficient Fire Suppression Personnel shall be maintained on duty and available for fire suppression activities. The Employer and Union shall make a good faith effort to mutually agree on the number necessary to meet the basic fire suppression needs of the Employer. If personnel are not available to meet this requirement, employees shall be recalled to overtime.
