Salary Entitlement (First Thirty. (30) Days -- An employee who has a minimum of one (1) year of prior service with the District shall receive his/her salary for the first thirty (30) days of ordered military duty. Pay for such purposes (deemed to be one (1) month's salary) shall not exceed thirty (30) days in any contract year.
