Salary Provisions on Return from Leave of Absence. If the salary schedule has changed during an employee’s leave of absence, his/her basic salary shall be changed according to his/her service record, except as otherwise provided in this Article.

Salary Provisions on Return from Leave of Absence. If the salary schedule has changed during an employee's leave of absence, his/her basic salary shall be changed according to his/her service record. Except as specified in this Article, no increments on the salary scale shall be allowed for the period of leave. Any sick days that he/she had at the beginning of the leave shall be reinstated upon return. No days will be added during the period of leave.

  • Return from Leave of Absence (a) Before a Nurse may return to work from a leave granted under Article 9.00, she or he must provide a minimum of four (4) weeks written notice of the specific date of his or her return to work, or such shorter time as mutually agreed.
