Salary Provisions on Return from Leave of Absence. If the salary schedule has changed during an employee's leave of absence, his/her basic salary shall be changed according to his/her service record. Except as specified in this Article, no increments on the salary scale shall be allowed for the period of leave. Any sick days that he/she had at the beginning of the leave shall be reinstated upon return. No days will be added during the period of leave.
