Saturday, Sunday and Statutory Holidays are to' be excluded in calculating the time limits specifled in the Grievance and Arbitration procedure. The time limits specified in the grievance procedure may be extended in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act, Section (6) except that in no case will a grievance be valid nor will Section (6) apply if the grievance was not formally presented to the other party in writing within thirty (30) days of the occurrence grieved or if a grievance is not appealed for arbitration within forty-five (45) days after a written answer is received at the 3rd Step of the grievance procedure.
