SCHEDULE AND TERM. Consultant shall perform the scope of work as described in Exhibit A according to the schedule detailed in ENTER Exhibit #, which is attached to this Contract and incorporated by this reference. SCHEDULE AND TERM. The schedule and terms of this Agreement begins August 1, 2008 and extends through November 30th 2008 for a total of 122 days.

Work Directives may be issued under this Agreement any time during the four-year term. If the contract is extended, the “Inch-Foot” unit price shall remain the same for the first three (3) years of the service contract, as outlined in EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B. If the contract is extended for a third and fourth year, the “Inch-Foot” unit price shall be increased by 2.5% annually.
