Scheduled Days Off. Employees shall be entitled to two (2) consecutive days off each week except where schedule changes or shift rotation on an employee’s regular schedule may result in a variation such as one (1) day off at the time of the change.

Scheduled Days Off. Employees shall be entitled scheduled so as to provide two (2) consecutive days off each week except during their workweek. Exceptions to this provision may occur in order to accommodate a mutually agreed upon flexible work schedule where schedule changes days off may not be scheduled consecutively, or shift rotation when employees work overtime on an employee’s regular schedule may result in a variation such as one (1) their scheduled day off at the time of the changeoff.
