Scheduled Route Issues. If the driver believes a route is untimely she/he shall notify her/his supervisor. The supervisor shall conduct an examination of the route and provide the driver with the results of the findings within two (2) working days. If the union is unsatisfied with the results of the findings, the union may forward the problem to the Director of Transportation for reconsideration. The Director will respond within five (5) working days. If the union is unsatisfied with the decision of the Director of Transportation, the union may send the dispute to the procedure outlined in section C. A Route Review Committee will identify and attempt to resolve routing problems as well as to facilitate the work of the Route Review Panel outlined in Article 12 section 10, Route Problems, section C. The Route Review Committee shall meet, when necessary, during the regularly scheduled operational committee meetings. The Operational Committee meetings will be held every other week (i.e., twice per month) at mutually agreeable dates and times. The Operational Committee shall consist of seven (7) representatives from the Union (including the three (3) full- time Union officers) and at least two (2) representatives of management. Operational Committee meetings will normally not exceed a two (2) hour period. Special meetings may be held at the request of either party. The Company shall provide payment of lost wages for drivers working on the Operational Committee. When possible, in order to facilitate meaningful discussions, the parties shall exchange agenda items at least two (2) work days before each regularly scheduled Operational Committee meeting date.

  • Scheduled Downtime For the purposes of this Agreement, Scheduled Downtime will mean those hours, as determined by us but which will not occur between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday without your authorization or unless exigent circumstances exist, during which time we will perform scheduled maintenance or adjustments to the Environment. We will use our best efforts to provide you with at least twenty-four (24) hours of notice prior to scheduling Scheduled Downtime.

  • Scheduled Outages (a) Commencing at least sixty (60) days before Initial Synchronization and throughout the Delivery Term, Seller shall, no later than January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1 of each year, submit to SCE, using the Web Client, Seller’s schedule of proposed planned outages (“Outage Schedule”) for the subsequent twenty-four month period.

  • Increment Dates 1. The increment date shall be the first of the month following the month in which applicable experience accumulation is achieved.

  • Scheduled Days Off Except in cases of emergency, no employee will be required to return to his/her place of employment on his/her scheduled day off.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • Service Increments For unit members hired from January 1 through June 30 on an 11 or 12 month contract their first step increment will be the following January 1. For unit members hired from January 1 through June 30 on a 10 month contract their first step increment will be the following February 1. For unit members hired from July 1 through December 31 on an 11 or 12 month contract their first step increment will be on January 1 after completing one (1) full year of service. For unit members hired from July 1 through December 31 on a 10 month contract their first step increment will be on February 1 after completing one (1) full year of service. Subsequent step movements will occur on January 1 for 11 and 12 month contract unit members and will occur February 1 for 10 month contract unit members.

  • Billing Increments Unless otherwise stated in a Service Order, usage-based charges will be billed on either a per-minute or per- message basis. Service calls invoiced on a per-minute basis will have an initial minimum call duration of one (1) minute, subsequent intervals of one (1) minute each, and will be billed by rounding to the next whole minute.

  • Scheduled Hours Hours falling within an employee's scheduled tour.

  • TRUNK FORECASTING 58.1. CLEC shall provide forecasts for traffic utilization over trunk groups. Orders for trunks that exceed forecasted quantities for forecasted locations will be accommodated as facilities and/or equipment are available. Embarq shall make all reasonable efforts and cooperate in good faith to develop alternative solutions to accommodate orders when facilities are not available. Company forecast information must be provided by CLEC to Embarq twice a year. The initial trunk forecast meeting should take place soon after the first implementation meeting. A forecast should be provided at or prior to the first implementation meeting. The semi-annual forecasts shall project trunk gain/loss on a monthly basis for the forecast period, and shall include:

  • Billing Rates The Contractor shall be reimbursed for the services performed by its employees under the terms of this Agreement at the lesser of employee’s billing rate set forth in the Budget or the employee’s billing rate applicable at the time the Work is performed. Such billing rates shall be inclusive of actual Cash-based Expenses in the form of wages paid the employee, fringe benefits, overhead, general and administrative (G&A), and other indirect costs. Contractor hereby warrants and guarantees that the billing rates charged herein are Contractor’s customary billing rates for performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work attached hereto.
