Review Panel. Consistent with the Laws and notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, City, at its option, may delegate all or any part of its review, approval, or rejection obligations pursuant to this Section to the Plan Review Panel.
Review Panel. When considering Reclassification or Upgrade, the panel shall maintain the internal consistency/integrity of the salary schedule and have the authority to recommend the following:
a. Range placement
b. Changes in the job description c. Title changes
Review Panel. 31.1.1.1 The purpose of the Review Panel will be to assure that classroom teachers, under mandatory review (as identified in Article X: Teacher Evaluation), receive intensive assistance. The panel will review the progress of teachers in mandatory review and report to the Board of Education annually on the progress of identified teachers.
31.1.1.2 The Review Panel shall be composed of five (5) members, the majority of whom shall be permanent certificated classroom teachers selected by the classroom teachers in an election administered by the Association. The Superintendent or designee shall appoint two (2) administrative representatives to the panel. One (1) alternate will be chosen by each group and shall fill in should a member declare a conflict of interest, or vacate the position before the term is up.
31.1.1.3 The panel members shall serve two-year staggered terms to assure continuity in experience.
31.1.1.4 The Review Panel shall be responsible to:
31.1.1.4.1 Provide written information to all certificated staff and the public about the peer review process;
31.1.1.4.1.1 Monitor provisions that assure confidentiality;
31.1.1.4.1.2 Allocate annual budget amounts following the guidelines established in Article 31.1.5;
31.1.1.4.1.3 Receive “needs assistance” and mandatory review” referrals from the administrator(s);
31.1.1.4.1.4 Assign teacher consultants and monitor assistance plans;
31.1.1.4.1.5 Resolve issues and problems which may arise between a consulting teacher and the participating teacher;
31.1.1.4.1.6 Review data and final report(s) of teacher consultant(s) and summarize findings for the Board of Education;
31.1.1.4.1.7 Establish its own rules and procedures including electing a chair and establishing the meeting schedule;
31.1.1.4.1.8 Select teacher consultants following procedures established in Article 31.1.3;
31.1.1.4.1.9 Serve as members of and provide leadership to the Assistance Council;
31.1.1.4.1.10 Arrange for training of review panel and teacher consultants;
31.1.1.4.1.11 Evaluate annually the impact of the Program in order to improve its effectiveness;
31.1.1.4.1.12 Provide annual written evaluation of the program to the Board of Education.
31.1.1.5 The teacher members of the review panel will receive a stipend of $1,000 for each full year of service; shorter terms will be pro-rated. Alternates shall receive a stipend of $1,000 for the first year. Alternates’ annual stipend will be determined by June of each year.

Review Panel. 1. Following the conclusion of the higher level consultations, the requesting Party may request that a Review Panel be convened to examine the matter if it considers that the consultations have not satisfactorily addressed the matter by delivering a written request to the National Contact Point of the other Party. The requesting Party shall also deliver a copy of the request to the Coordinator of the other Party.
2. A Review Panel shall be established upon receipt of the request referred to in paragraph 1 by a National Contact Point. Unless the Parties decide otherwise, the terms of reference of the Review Panel shall be: “To examine, in light of the relevant provisions of Chapter 15 (Trade and Environment) of the Korea – Israel Free Trade Agreement, the matter referred to in the request for the establishment of the Review Panel, and to issue a report making recommendations for the resolution of the matter.”
3. If in the final report the Review Panel determines that a Party has not complied with its obligations under this Chapter, the Parties shall, within three months of the submission of that final report and taking into account that report, endeavor to consent to a mutually satisfactory action plan to address the matter. Any action plan developed by the Parties shall be made public promptly, unless otherwise decided by the Parties. The Party undertaking the action plan shall submit a copy of it to the Coordinator of the other Party.
4. If the Parties reach a mutually agreed solution to a matter at any point after a Review Panel has been established, they shall notify the Review Panel of the solution. Upon the Review Panel’s receipt of this notification, the panel procedure shall be terminated.
Review Panel a. Composition: Two (2) Co-chairs – Teacher Xxxxxxx and Principal Xxxxxxx; and an equal number of classroom teachers and site principals. A confidential support staff employee is designated by the District to keep and record minutes; prepare materials for meetings; and support the Review Panel and the Professional Growth System.
i. A team comprised of an equal number of bargaining unit members selected by the RCTA President or designee and District members selected by the Superintendent or designee will collaboratively select the Teacher Liaison and Principal Liaison by consensus.
ii. Both Liaisons are released full-time for their term.
Review Panel. Within thirty (30) business days of PDRA’s receipt of any Notice of and Grounds for Appeal, at least three individuals designated to be members of the PDRA Review Panel (which members shall be referred to as the “Reviewing Panel”) shall convene and shall review the existing record, including all evidence and materials submitted by the participant with participant’s Notice of and Grounds for Appeal and all evidence and materials submitted by the appropriate PDRA representative(s) (the “Review Panel Meeting”). The Reviewing Panel shall review the Notice of and Grounds for Appeal. The procedure followed by the Reviewing Panel shall be informal, shall be guided by the chair of the Reviewing Panel, and shall be conducted with the goal of promptly and fairly reaching resolution of the appeal. The Reviewing Panel may, if it deems it appropriate, arrange a meeting or conference call with the aggrieved participant and/or the other concerned parties or witnesses, and also may question witnesses, call additional witnesses, call for additional information or evidence, and/or conduct informal investigation outside the hearing. The appealing participant and other participants called on for information shall cooperate with the Reviewing Panel’s requests and shall be subject to discipline for failure to cooperate. The Reviewing Panel shall not be required to follow formal or statutory rules of evidence or procedure. The Reviewing Panel may take such action as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to increasing or decreasing penalties that have been imposed by PDRA. Within twenty (20) business days of the Review Panel Meeting, the Reviewing Panel shall complete its review and render its decision in writing to the appealing participant (“Review Panel Decision”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Reviewing Panel reserves the right to take more time to conduct any investigation or analysis it deems necessary. If such investigation will cause the Review Panel Decision to be rendered more than 30 days after the Review Panel Hearing, appellant shall be so notified.

Review Panel. A panel composed of two (2) administrators appointed by the superintendent and two (2) teachers appointed by the Carrollton Education Association (C.E.
A.) prior to September 15 of each school year. The two (2) teacher members serving on a grade appeal panel shall be from the building within which the dispute arose, i.e. elementary, middle or high school. Therefore, the Association shall name two (2) teachers and an alternate from each building to serve on the grade appeal panel if needed. If the teacher member of the panel is the teacher whose grade is being appealed, the alternate will then serve on the panel.
Review Panel. Annual review panels will be set up so that the Council and the Company can jointly assess any aspect of the services provided across the BID area or examine potential for new or alternative means of provision and standards etc. The review panel will make recommendations to the Board and to the Council's representative where appropriate ahead of annual budget setting for each organisation.
