Scheduling of Annual Vacation. The Company shall have the right to determine the number of employees which may be released for vacation from any job classification at any one time. Preference shall be given on the basis of Company seniority within the job classification, provided that an employee with more seniority may not require the Company to alter a scheduled vacation of an employee with less Company seniority once the vacation period has been confirmed by the Company. Subject to the above conditions, employees may take their vacation at any time by submitting their request to their supervisor at least sixty (60) days in advance of the proposed vacation period. The Company shall confirm or deny the vacation request within fifteen (15) working days following its submission. The granting of such requests shall not be unreasonably withheld.
