Change of Scheduled hours. (a) Notice of any change in posted hours for in-town assignments shall be given not later than 1700 hours of employee’s second last working day prior to the day in question. (b) Notice of any change in posted hours for out-of-town assignments shall be given as early as possible, but no later than the end of the tour of duty the day before the day in question. When changes are made to an employee’s schedule on the employee’s last working day prior to the day in question, he or she will be informed directly. When notice is not given in accordance with this Article the employee shall be credited with all hours scheduled, plus any additional hours worked. If scheduled overtime is cancelled after 1700 hours the day prior to the day in question remuneration for such hour shall be at the straight time rate.

Change of Scheduled hours. During school breaks where twelve (12) month employees are normally scheduled to work, the current work practice at each work site will not be changed except with the mutual agreement of the Union, the Board, and a majority of the employees involved. Part-time month custodial employees may work full-time days during the cleanup period, receive the regular rate of pay as if they had not worked full-time days and bank the extra hours. The Board agrees that wherever possible, an employee's hours may be adjusted by mutual consent so long as the employee's regular hours' total is not reduced. Four Day Week: During July and August the work week may be compressed into four days, with no reduction in the employee's normal hours per week, at any worksite, by mutual agreement between the Board and the Union. Such agreement must be sought annually and is subject to the appropriate legal approvals, if required. The request must be submitted in writing to the Manager of Human Resources or designate by April of each year. It is agreed that the principle to be followed is that the employee shall not lose or gain in relation to what pay would receive if were working the normal five day week. Teacher Assistants who work six (6) hours or less per day and who are required by the teacher for consultation, and who otherwise are unable to meet during their normal working hours for whatever reason may be granted up to one hour per week with pay at the request of the teacher and with the prior approval of the principal in order to meet for consultation at a mutually agreeable time.

  • Change of Schedule (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) Where an employee's schedule is changed by the Hospital with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift. (b) (applicable to regular part-time employees only) Where a regular part-time employee's scheduled shift is cancelled by the Hospital with less than twelve (12) hours notice, she shall receive time and one-half (1½) of her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked on her next shift.   • Change of Location None of the Borrower or the Guarantors shall change the location of its chief executive office or the office where its corporate records are kept or open any new office for the conduct of its business on less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Agent.

(ii) Provided that any such Change of Scope, excluding major structures (e.g. Major Bridge/ ROB/ RUB/ Flyover/ elevated road of more than 50 m length) may be required and agreed to be executed between the parties beyond the period of six months of the Appointed Date but before expiry of 50% of the original Scheduled Construction Period of the Project Highway, subject to the condition that it shall not entail any claims (e.g. Extension of Time/ Prolongation related claims), against the Authority. (iii) The Change of Scope shall mean the following: (a) change in specifications of any item of Works; (b) omission of any work from the Scope of the Project except under Clause 8.3 (iii); provided that, subject to Clause 13.5, the Authority shall not omit any Work under this Clause in order to get it executed by any other authority; and / or (c) any additional Work, Plant, Materials or services which are not included in the Scope of the Project, including any associated Tests on completion of construction.

  • CHANGE OF T-PIN The Account Holder may change his T-PIN from time to time in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing. The Bank shall be entitled, in its reasonable discretion but without liability and without giving any reason, to reject any selection made by the Account Holder as his substituted T-PIN; if the Bank so approves, such substituted T-PIN, shall take effect from the time of receipt by the Bank of such instructions from the Account Holder. The Account Holder shall take all steps not to select such numbers as a substitute T-PIN which may easily be ascertained or otherwise facilitate fraud or forgery.

  • Payment for Change of Scope Payment for Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Change of Scope Order.

  • Notice of Shift Change The Co-operative agrees to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice when changing a full-time employee's shift, except in the event of an emergency (an emergency is defined as snowstorm, or flood, or breakdown of machinery, or other instances of force majeure or an unscheduled absence of an employee). Should the Co-operative fail to give forty-eight (48) hours' notice of a shift change as indicated above, each affected employee shall receive double (2) time their regular hourly rate of pay for all time worked on the new shift. Mutual agreement of employees to shift changes between each other shall not be deemed covered by this clause, (i.e. the Co- operative will not pay a penalty for this type of a shift change). Such shift changes require the prior approval of management. The Co-operative agrees that wherever possible it shall verbally advise part-time employees twenty-four (24) hours in advance when the Co-operative changes an employee's posted work schedule.

  • Change of business The Company shall procure that no substantial change is made to the general nature of the business of the Company or the Group from that carried on at the date of this Agreement.

  • Change of Control Period “Change of Control Period” means the period beginning on the date three (3) months prior to, and ending on the date that is twelve (12) months following, a Change of Control.

  • CHANGE OF SPECIFIED OFFICE If any Paying Agent determines to change its specified office it shall give to the Issuer and the Agent written notice of that fact giving the address of the new specified office which shall be in the same city and stating the date on which the change is to take effect, which shall not be less than 45 days after the notice. The Agent (on behalf and at the expense of the Issuer) shall within 15 days of receipt of the notice (unless the appointment of the relevant Paying Agent is to terminate pursuant to clause 20 on or prior to the date of the change) give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice of the change to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.
