School Lunch Program. FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH During the first week of school, all children are given an application for free and reduced lunch. Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch assistance do so anonymously. Teachers and other students are not aware of the qualification status of students. If you need help with completing the application, please contact the cafeteria manager or school social worker. We encourage all families to confidentially apply for our Free/Reduced Meals program. Applications will be available at the beginning of the year in the office. You must complete a new form each year. We encourage all Xxxxxxx families to complete the application, as this assists our school in additional funding for our students. Free and Reduced Lunch applications must be submitted for students who receive federal and state assistance. Please notify the principal or social worker if you have these services and do not receive free and reduced lunch. The applications can be accessed online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Free and Reduced Lunch application information is highly confidential and only reviewed by the Child Nutrition Department. All families who are receiving state assistance (food stamps) or who are being served through the XxXxxxxx Xxxxx Homeless act are eligible for free and reduced lunch. School Lunch Program. Heritage Community Charter School hopes to begin offering hot food services during its first year of operation and will follow the guidelines listed by the National School Lunch Program. All deposited funds remain in a student’s account until spent. Balances and charges at the end of the school year are carried over to the student’s account for the following school year. Refunds will only be made when a student graduates or moves out of the district. Parents/Guardians should contact the Food Service Office at 530-2722 to arrange a refund. Charges for school lunches are only permitted on a limited basis and only for a school lunch. Students may charge up to three school lunches prior to any adverse action. After three charges, a cheese sandwich will be substituted for the daily lunch entrée listed on the menu. The cheese sandwich lunch will include all components of the school lunch. A bologna sandwich will be substituted if the student is lactose intolerant. Charge slips may be given to elementary students while automated phone calls will be made at every level in an effort to keep money owed at a minimum.

Gem Prep: Xxxxxxxx believes that no child should go without food and intends to provide a lunch program to students.   • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Pilot Programs The Employer may develop voluntary pilot programs to test the acceptability of various risk management programs. Incentives for participation in such programs may include limited short-term improvements to the benefits outlined in this Article. Implementation of such pilot programs is subject to the review and approval of the Joint Labor-Management Committee on Health Plans.

  • Team Teaching Unit members participating in team teaching assignments will receive formula hour credit in proportion to the percentage of in-class involvement. When team-taught class sizes exceed the normal, the formula conditions specified in Section 4.3.3 shall apply.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.
