Scope of Hours. The ordinary hours of work prescribed in clause 4.1 will be worked continuously, except for meal and rest breaks between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. This spread of hours may be altered by 1 hour at either end of the shift by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Employee/s concerned and will be deemed as ordinary hours.

Scope of Hours. Except as otherwise specifically provided for in this clause, an Employee’s ordinary hours may be worked between 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Mondays to Sunday inclusive. Such spread of ordinary daily working hours may be altered as to all or a section of Employees provided that there is agreement between the Employer and the Employee or the majority of Employees involved.
Scope of Hours. The ordinary scope of hours of work is Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 6.00pm. Normal hours within these times shall be 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Any hours exceeding 8 hours worked outside of the ordinary scope of hours will be negotiated and paid as follows: • Time and a half for the first 3 hours worked and double time thereafter until the completion of the overtime worked.
